Willow sat in front of her computer in the library working frantically. She only paused to take a sip of her room temperature coffee. Pictures, and paper were scatter all over the table and the computer scanner lay open.
Tara gave a sigh of relief when she discovered Willow. She walked over to the library table, a little slower than usual.
“Willow, honey.” Tara said as she gingerly grabbed Willow’s arm. Willow took a second to look into her bruised and battered lover’s eyes, she then snapped her arm out of Tara’s hands and went back to the computer.
“Hey, I don’t remember ever taking that picture…or that one.” Tara said as she picked up the documents.
“We didn’t” Willow quickly responded.
“Then how did…” Tara started.
“I’m almost done.” Willow interrupted. “I just have to…”
“Willow we have fifteen minutes!” Tara said in a loud whisper. Willow looked up at the clock in disbelief.
“Okay I’m done.” Willow played with her laptop for a few more seconds then stood up to grab her jacket. A picture of a smiling Buffy Summers caught Willow’s eye and she froze as a tear flowed down her cheek.
“Will? Are you okay?” Tara said.
“Yeah…Yeah I’m fine. Let’s go.” Willow said.
