Meyer leads her through a huge corridor. On the walls are occult artifacts from around the world, and some from other worlds.
MEYER-
"Okay, let me give you some background. In 1933, Adolf Hitler joined this secret society, and when he became the leader of Germany, he had teams searching all over the world for artifacts that would help him in his cause of world domanitation. It was the beginning of the Occult Wars. The war ended in 1954, with Hitler's death."
DAWN-
"Uh...don't you mean 1945, the end of World War II."
MEYER-
"No, he faked his death in '45 and went to South America. After his death, his army split into several factions including one ran by an immortal: Gregory Rasputin."
DAWN-
"Rasputin? You mean 'The Mad Monk of Russia', but he..."
MEYER-
"Was killed in 1916? According to the assassins themselves they poisoned, shot, stabbed, clubbed, and then finally tied him in a bag and threw him into a river. They reported that we they found the bag, Rasputin was found dead inside, but that's were they lied. The bag was empty."
They had reached what looked like a large bank vault door. Meyer punched in some numbers on a keypad, and the huge steel door opened. Meyer motioned Dawn inside. What a mess! And there were cats everywhere. 'Clem would think this was a bank vault.' Dawn thought to herself. Lying on a huge sofa, watching 'Aqua Teen Hunger Force', was a beautiful, thin burenette.
GIRL-
"Hey, John. Who's your girlfriend?"
MEYER-
"She's not my girlfriend, this is Agent Summers."
GIRL-
"Oh, yeah, the newbie. I'm Liz. Hey, Red, the newbie's here."
Dawn looked over towards the corner and saw one of the biggest demons she had ever seen. He was arm curled forty pound weights in each arm, but his left arm looked like it was made of rock.
RED-
"Another newbie, huh?"
LIZ-
"Be nice Red."
RED-
"I am nice." He drops the weights and lits a cigar with a match. "So, runt, what's your name?"
DAWN-
"Agent Summers, but my friends call me Dawn, and not Runt. Who the hell are you?"
Red and Liz stop what they are doing. Meyer is just grinning.
MEYER-
"Dawn is from Sunnydale."
RED-
"Holy crap." Red steps into the light. Dawn has seen uglier demons, but she did notice that Red had his horns cut off.
MEYER-
"And it answer your question, Dawn." Meyer hands her a comic book. She looks at it, and then looks back at Red.
DAWN-
"Hellboy!"
