Xander and Spike are walking through the graveyard. After dropping off ice cream and food at what Spike has nicknamed 'Baby-poolza.' So far, no news of Buffy being pregnant has reached the streets. No vampires tonight.
SPIKE-
"It's getting late, come on." The two walk over to Spike's crypt.
SPIKE-
"Come in, (chuckles) I invite you."
XANDER-
"Spike, Spike, you just keep getting funnier and funnier." Spike suddenly turns around and hands him a shot of whiskey.
SPIKE-
"To the bloody stork." They toast and then down their drinks.
TWO HOURS LATER....
Xander is staggering around the crypt, drinking from the bottle. Spike is slumped in his chair.
XANDER-
"You..are...uh...you know I am so happy about Anya...baby and all."
SPIKE-
"Ugh! Xander sit down, you're making the room spin."
XANDER-
"But....Buffy...I mean, she's the Slayer, and now...just like with the eggs, she's a single mom."
SPIKE-
"What fucking eggs?"
XANDER-
"Poor Dawn...I mean, okay yeah it happens, but in a normal situation, hell a normal town, they would be a guy for...(swallows) What was I saying?"
SPIKE-
"Dawn....boy....something. And you have had enough." He grabs the bottle and drinks.
XANDER-
"Bullshit, just because you're some immortal....uh..."
SPIKE-
"...vampire?"
XANDER-
"Yeah, one of those. That doesn't mean you can outdrink me."
SPIKE-
"Damn, Red and Tara must be freaked."
XANDER-
"Yeah, (starts laughing) They sure as hell didn't see that coming!"
SPIKE (laughing)-
"No, they bloody well didn't." He hands the bottle to Xander. Xander takes a drink and passes out, falling down the ladder to the room under Spike's crypt.
SPIKE-
"Xander? You okay?" Spike gets up and walks down the ladder. He kneels beside Xander, and places a finger on his neck. Still alive, good. Spike vamps out and bends down to bite Xander. He suddenly screams, and passes out...on top of Xander. Due to being drunk, Spike had forgotten about the chip.
