Clara lands on the ground hard. An instense pain is coming from her left side, she knows she was cracked a couple of ribs. She gets up with a stake in her hand, and scans the area. No Robinson. It's the same area, but it does look different. She moves up a small hill and looks at the glimmering light od modern day Jackson, Mississippi. She stares at the tall metal buildings and large highways. She walks down towards the city.
People are staring at the way she's dressed. A man throws a newspaper into a trash can, and she reaches in and picks in up. She reads the date: May 30, 2006. Her hands begin to shake. That's 143 years in the future! Then she remembered: Time's Arrow! She was contact the Slayer alive in this time, if there is one. Suddenly, two young women approach her.
FIRST GIRL-
"Hey! Look girl, I know you're new here, but we don't have time for dress up."
CLARA-
"Excuse me."
SECOND GIRL-
"Look, we've a nest just three blocks away. Let's go."
Not knowing what else to do, Clara follows the girls towards a graveyeard. As they approach, they both pull stakes from their jackets. Clara pulls her. They attack six vamps in a crypt, and dust them quickly.
FIRST GIRL-
"Hey, good moves. I'm name is Terry."
CLARA-
"You are Slayers! But in every generation, one girl..."
SECOND GIRL-
"...we know, one girl in all the world crap. Well, thing's are different, where have you been?"
CLARA-
"I'm...uh...143 years!"
TERRY-
"Donna, I think she's going to be sick."
DONNA-
"What do you mean 143 years?"
CLARA-
"...Time's Arrow."
DONNA-
"Holy shit! We have to contact Buffy, right here."
It was the last thing Clara heared before she passed out.
