Tara wakes up with Kali putting a cool, damp rag on her forehead. She looks over towards the door, and Buffy is standing there. Behind her is Dawn, smiling happily at her.
TARA-
"What's g.going on?"
KALI-
"Shhh...you're safe. Willow is in the living room. My name is Kali Whedon and her in LA."
TARA-
"How did I get here. I was in our bedroom, looking at Willow when I felt this painfully burning in my chest, and then I'm in."
Kali began to think. 'That must have been when Tara was shot on the show. So, it's the last impression of that character that is showing up. Good.' James hasn't shown up, and they were worried about which version of Spike would show: soul-having, brain-chipped, or killing machine. First her theory was right, then soul-having Spike would show. Joss steps beside Buffy and Dawn and walks over to the bed.
JOSS-
"How is she?"
KALI-
"She's okay. So, anybody else?"
JOSS-
"Well, Sarah and Michelle have shown up. Still waiting on Nicky, Emma, and James...plus whoever else."
KALI-
"Whoever else?"
JOSS-
"Hey, I told everyone. Which means everybody who acted on Buffy."
KALI-
"Joss, not just Buffy...Wesley is in the living room and he has a scar on his neck."
JOSS-
"So?"
KALI-
"He didn't get that scar until his character was on Angel."
Alyson went to answer the knock out the door. She opened the door to find Nathan Fillion. She invites him in.
NATHAN-
"Hi, Aly...uh...is everything okay?" He then looks into the living room and sees evryone and their doubles.
Down in the basement, the vortex is re-opened. Captain Mal Reynolds falls on the floor. He gets up and looks around and he sees a young priest...that looks like himself.
KALEB-
"Well...well...this is strange."
MAL-
"Who in the fuck are you?"
KALEB-
"Now, you mind your manners." Kaleb picks Mal up and throws him into the basement door, breaking it. The rest of the group screams and runs for cover. Mal pulls his pistol and fires four shots into Kaleb. He just laughs until a blade slices his head off. Buffy is standing behind. She raises the sword, but Joss stops her.
JOSS-
"It's okay, Kaleb is dead...again."
BUFFY-
"Then who in the hell is that?"
JOSS-
"Uh...Mal?"
MAL-
"Yeah! Who are you?" He then sees Nathan. "And who is THAT?"
Alyson grabs Nathan, while Dawn grabs Mal.
DAWN-
"Come on, guys we'll explain."
Michelle Tratchenberg gets up and goes into the kitchen walking pass Mal and Dawn.
MAL-
"Is she your sister?"
DAWN-
"No...I'll explain. What's your name?"
MAL-
"Captain Mal Reynolds of the Serenity."
DAWN-
"Impressive. Dawn Summers." She gently squeezes his arm as we walked to the couch.
