Buffy season 8 episode 4:
Werewolfie monsters
After hearing that Angel went after those monsters that atacked the gang, Buffy wants
to find him as soon as possible.
"Where is Wesley ?" Buffy asked Andrew.
Andrew looked up, then he looked back at Buffy.
"He's probably in his office." he answered.
"I could show you if you want, oh great one."
"Stop the crap, Andrew. Just tell us where Wesley's office is." Buffy said and she was getting a
little mad.
"It's not far from Angel's office." Andrew said and he left the scoobies and went outside.
"Nerd!" Buffy said to herself.

Buffy and the gang went upstairs to search for Wesley. They came across a woman who looks
a bit like a science nerd. She seems to be in a hurry and she's carrying a lot of books.
Willow steps forward.
"Fred. Hi." Willow said.
"Oh, Willow, hi, what are you doing here ?" Fred said excited.
She tries to give her a hand, but she has to many books and she drops them.
Everyone just looks at how friendly Willow and Fred are, but no one helps Fred pick up the books.
Except Willow, she helps.
"Willow, do you mind introducing us ?" Giles asked very british.
"Oh, yeah, sorry, Everyone, this is Fred (Will. first looks at the gang and then at Fred), Fred,
this is everyone (now she first looks at Fred and then at the gang.)"
"Hi everyone." Fred said and she waved a bit.
"Is she evil ?" Buffy asked, looking at Fred from head to toe.
Willow looked at Fred and Fred at Willow and then they both looked at Buffy.
"No, she's, I'm, not evil." they said at the same time.
"Well, okay, that's fine then, you can't blame a girl for asking, I mean, you do work for W&H."
Buffy said and Fred and Willow looked at eatch other.

Then Faith came to Buffy.
"Hi... euh, I don't wanna blow on your parade, but we do have werewolfs too search for, so...
where's Angel ?"
"That's what I'd like to know, Andrew wouldn't say." Buffy said.
"Oh, Angel isn't here, You'd have to ask Wesley where exactly he is, I don't know." Fred said.
Then Fred got out of their way in a hurry, it seemed like no one was going to tell them where
Angel was.
"Okay, the next person I see that won't tell me where Angel is, I'm gonna hit." Buffy said a little
iritated.
"I'm right there with ya." Faith said looking at Buffy.
"Lets just find Wesley first." Willow said, looking at Buffy and Faith who were looking ready to
kick some butt.

After some searching Buffy, the gang and the other 20 girls found Wesley, in his office, just like
the old times.
"So, still the bookman hu ?"
Wesley looked up and Buffy was standing in the door opening.
"Buffy, how lovely to see you here."
He said while he went to Buffy, then he saw all the others standing behind her.
"Buffy and the small army I should say."
He just stood there with his mouth full teeth.
Buffy and the gang followed him into the office, the 20 girls stayed outside. They just wanted to
slay something.
"Now, what can I help you with ?" Wesley asked.
"I want Angel." Buffy said.
"Yeah, we want him." Faith repeated
"Why on earth would you want Angel ?"
"We need his assistance with something." Giles answered.
"Some kind of human/werewolf thing." Faith added.
Buffy wanted to say all of that, but she didn't get the chance, they said it for her, she was a bit
iritated about that, after all, she is the leader of the gang, or isn't she ?
After Wesley heard what they wanted, he couldn't help them.
"I'm sorry, I don't know where he is, he's busy with a case, he could be away for several days,
you're welcome to come back in a few days.
Now Buffy was sick of it.
"Now i've had enough!" she said.
And she went to Wesley and hit him on the nose.
He fell on the floor, his nose was bleeding, and it already began to swell.
He was mad an saying all sorts of things that didn't make any sence, he was so mad, where did
she get the right to hit him like that.
Willow and Dawn helpt him to stand up.
"Why in godsname did you do that, woman!?"
"Cause I felt like! Now, I'm gonna ask one last time, where's Angel ?"

Wesley told them that Angel was in a helldimesion, tracking those beasts that killed that girl.
Buffy's going in alone, she doesn't want anybody else coming with her.
Willow is preparing the spell to send her there.
Willow has found a spell to send Buffy to Angel, she only has one problem, the spell is in italian, and Willow doesn't speak italian.
"What now ?" Dawn asked Willow. Dawn, Buffy and Willow were the only ones in the room, the rest of the gang and slayers were out eating. They couldn't do anything, so Buffy sent them away for the rest of the afternoon.
"I cast a spell on myself... (Dawn and Buffy didn't know what she ment.) Make myself speak italian, and when it's all over I just have to lift the spell I cast on myself and I'm speaking English again... I think."
"You think ? Willow, I'm not gonna let you do anything that might harm you."
"It's okay Buffy, I'm gonna be okay."
"Italian hasseya (speaking ancient words now), sya a se. Give me tthe words to speak, Give me the words to be." And suddenly Willow changed, her hair, her clothes, she was truly an italian now.
"Euh, Willow..." Dawn said and she looked at Willow looking very italian.
Willow went to the mirror.
She looked at herself and said:
"Mama Mia!Come potrebbe questo accadere?"
She was speaking italian, and Buffy and Dawn didn't understand a word she said, but Willow still understood English.
"Euh, yeah, Willow, the spell." Buffy said and she pointed at the book laying on the floor.
"L'OH, destra. In primo luogo dovete formare un cerchio."
They still didn't understand anything she said, so she had to place them in the circle in order for them to know what to do.
"What do we do next ?" Buffy asked, forgetting that she didn't understand Willow.
"Tenete una candela." Willow answered.
"Yeah, right, I don't have a clue what you just said." Buffy said and she looked at Dawn.
Willow took two candle's and placed them in their hand.
Then she sat down.
Buffy and Dawn figured this out, she was starting the spell, so they kept quit.
"Ora senta le parole di questa strega.
Invoco, porto l'alimentazione me.
Porti Buffy all'angelo" (the way she said Buffy and Angel's name made Buffy and Dawn laugh a bit.)
"Shhh! Portila all'inferno ch'è dentro.
Portila lui... Ora!"
Suddenly there were these white lights around Buffy and poof, then she was gone.
Dawn looked at Willow, Willow looked at herself, this was it, Willow could turn back to normal now, it was up to Buffy and Angel to find their way back.
"Lasci il periodo essere fatto" Willow said and she turned back to normal.
"Willow ?" Dawn asked to make sure she spoke english again.
"Oh, it's good to be an american again." yeah, Willow was back.

Buffy found herself in a dark place, full of anger, hate, suffering, and death.
She didn't want to think about that to much, so she went searching for Angel.
She came across a human, and he was chained. She didn't know if he was alive or not, but she couldn't just leave him there.
"Don't!" she heard from behind her as she was trying to free him.
She recognized the voice and turned around.
"Angel!" she ran into his arms and kissed him.
He pushed her away.
"Angel, what's wrong ?" she looked at him, he was all beat up, and he had all sorts of wounds, bitemarks, sratches, you name it, he had it.
"What happened to you ?"
"You need to leave, now! Go! It's not safe for you here, it's not safe for anyone here."
"Okay, so help me free this man and we'll go."
She went to the chained man and tried to free him, but Angel grabbed her.
"Leave! No! You here me! You don't belong here! Leave this place , now!"
She pushed him away and hitt him. He fell.
"What the hell is wrong with you !?"
He looked at her and suddenly he changed his behaviour.
"Buffy, I.. I don't.. I didn't mean to... God, I'm so sorry."
Then he ran away and Buffy ran after him.

He ran into an even darker cave, and he kneeled down.
"Angel, take it easy. I don't wanna hurt you, I just wanna go home."
"Oh, but you are home, slayer."
Angel stood up, but he changed into someone else, it wasn't Angel.
Suddenly Buffy was surrounded.
"Who are you ?"
"Oh, I believe we've met before, I just had an other form then. You were trying to steel one of my man, you killed him if I'm not mistaken. And now you don't want to kill one of my men, you want to steel him."
Buffy looked around.
"What ?! Your man atacked that girl and he was going to atack us, I had to kill him, and I'm not trying to steel any man."
He aproched her.
"I saw you, you tried to free him, take him away."
"Look, I thought he was in danger, but I guess I was wrong, I see that he belongs with you guys, but where is Angel ?!"
"You mean that vampire ? See for yourself."
A curtain opened and Angel was tied up to the wall. He was unconscious an bleeding, he was bleeding everywhere.
Buffy got mad.
"What did you do with him ?!" she said very mad.
"I punished him, he killed 10 of my best men, he had to pay."
"You sick basterd, untie him... No!!!" she yelled.
They came closer, ready to atack, but Buffy was so pissed of she didn't care with how many they were, she just started fighting.
They couldn't handel her in human form, so they changed into those beasts.
She kicked one of them, threw another against the wall, snapped anothers neck.
Then she found a knife, she stabbed one in the throat, and another in the stummick.
Then there was only one left, she killed all the others, they were with more then 15.
But the last one, their leader had changed back to his human form and had a knife to Angel's throat.
"Stoooooooooooooooop!"
She stopped for a second.
"Look at what you did ! You killed them all, my brothers, sisters, you killed them all. For that, he will pay!"
Buffy saw a stake lying on the floor, she rolled and while that roll she grabbed the stake, and she threw it at the leader. Right in his heart.
He was bleeding from the mouth, and fell down on his face.
Buffy went to free Angel.

She carried him back to where she came from.
He woke up while she was walking.
"Buffy, (she looked at him) Thx."
She smiled and he was walking better.
"Angel, the next time you go on a suicide mission, call me first will ya."
"I'll do that. It's nice to see you btw."
"It's nice to see you too Angel, nice to see you too."

They were almost at the spot to return, when they passed by that man in the chaines again.
She looked at him and turned her head, he was probably one of those freaks.
"Waith!" she heard and turned around.
She lett go of Angel and went to the man.
"What ?!" she said, still a little mad.
"I beg of you, take me with you."
"Now why would I do that ? You're evil. You're friends were evil, they tried to kill me and my friend."
"I'm not evil, I'm not here to harm anyone. I'm just here."
"I'm not helping you, you demons, or whatever you are, you're killers."
"We're human, and we're not killers."
"If you're not killers, then why did your kind kill an innocent girl."
"That girl wasn't just any innocent, she was one of us, her name was Kathy, and she tried to escape them, but they got to her, and killed her."
Buffy was a bit touched by the way he said it.
"If you're not demons, then what are you ?"
"Like i said, I'm human, and the ones you killed were human too."
She looked at him without saying a word and turned around.
"Okay, okay... (she turned back) I'm a shapeshifter... Shapeshifters can take on any form they like. Shapeshifters are good, well, usualy, then Drake came, the leader, you've met him. (Buffy nodded) He wasn't good, he wasn't good at all, he made his own gang, came to the underworld, or hell as some people would say, and together with his gang he killed or captured as many shapehifters he could. The ones he captured, he turned evil. But that never lasted."
Angel stood up and joined them.
"Is that what happened to your friend, Kathy ? Did they turn her, but when she became good again they killed her ?"
"Yes, I tried to save her, but they captured me, they tried to make me evil, they wanted me to kill her, but it didn't work. I never turned evil. So they took her above ground, and hunted her like an animal. She wasn't that powerfull anymore, so she couldn't shapeshift, and they knew it, those basterds knew it."
Buffy looked at him.
"Were you inlove with her ? Is that why they couldn't turn you ?"
"Yes." was all he said, then he looked back down.

Buffy stepped forward and freed him.
They went to the spot to return and before they went back, Buffy had one last quistion.
"Hey, what's your name ?"
"David, my name's david."
"Well, nice to meat you David, this is Angel, he's a vampire (David stepped back) A good vampire, he has a soul. (He didn't understand) I know, it's a long story."
"Gypsies cursed me with a soul." angel said.
"Apparently not that long."
Then Buffy said something and they returned to W&H.

In W&H Willow and Dawn were still waiting for her.
"You're back soon ?" Willow said.
"Soon ? I've been away for like four hours."
"Euh, no! You've only been away a few minutes." Dawn added.
"Oh, I guess time works different there."
"Hi Angel (Willow wmiled at Angel and then looked at David) Who is this ?"
"I'm David, nice to meet you." he shook her ad Dawn's hand.
They looked at Buffy.
"He's a shapeshifter, he'll tell you everything when you bring him to a hospital."
"Okay, come on Dawn."
They left the room with David, leaving Buffy and Angel alone, finally.

"So..." buffy said.
"Yeah..." Angel answered.
They looked at each other, Buffy smiled, she got some bandages and she took care of his wounds.
The didn't say anything, they just smiled...
