The minute he got out of school he screamed at the top of his lungs, "FREEDOM!"
"Hey Doyle!" his friend Gunn called, "Angel says he wants to tell us something! Get a move on!"
"Wha't up mate?"
"My uncle Giles says we can go up to his cabin in the Rockies for the next 3 weeks!"
All the boys started freaking out!
"This rocks!" Spike.
"The only down side is Connor has to come."
"Come on Angel," Doyle told him, "he's not that bad. Your brother's barely a year younger then us."
"That's not what I'm worried about. There's gonna be girls there."
"Girls?"
"Yeah, my cousin Wes invited his girlfriend and her friends up there. I don't want him beating me to the good ones."
"We don't have to worry about that," said Spike, "If he's still dating Fred then there's only one of her friends she'll be interested in." He'd recently moved to L.A. and knew the people Angel was talking about.
"Who?"
"Dawn Summers. She's his age and pretty cute in her own rights. He only invited girls?"
"No, some of them have boyfriends that are coming too."
"Well I'm just hoping Buffy's dumped Captain Cardboard."
"Who's Captain Cardboard?" asked Gunn.
"Her boyfriend Riley. Real wanker that guy."
"Is she hot?"
"The hottest."
"We can talk about girls later," Angel told them, "our flight leaves at 8:00 tonight. Be at the air port by 6:00."
Everyone said bye and went home to pack.
