That Monday things were as good as they could have thought. Pricepal Wood had been fired and was now in prison. The Vice Pricepal replaced him and he was so nice to everyone they thought it was a disease. And Riley stayed far away from Buffy.
Until final period.
Buffy was walking to her locker when Riley came up from behind her.
"Buffy I need to talk to you."
"I told you to stay away from me." she tried to walk away, but Riley shoved her against the lockers.
'I'm in love with you Buffy."
"You met me a week ago! And we're only sixteen!"
"That doesn't matter. I'm so in love with you I need to be with you."
"You're insane!" she saw Faith out of the corner of her eye. Her best friend nodded at her and came up slowly from behind.
"Riley, unless you back off in 2 seconds you'll be waking up in the hospital."
"I'm not...AHHHHH!"
Buffy had kneed him in the stomache and Faith had grabbed him from behind to give her friend a clear shot. Buffy punched him in the face and said, "You had your chance. See you in jail!"
Both girls ran to the princepal's office and told him what happened. As nice as Flutie was, when it came to the safety of his students he was very strict and immediatly called the police.
Riley was arrested and it spred across the school like wild fire.
"Did you guys really beat him up?" asked Fred after they's all gotten into Oz's van and headed to his house.
"No," Buffy told them, "I kneed him, then I punched him in the face. We didn't really beat him up, just got him off me."
"Where'd you guys learn to do that?" asked Spike.
"Karate class," Faith answered, "We're black belts."
"Bloody hell. Remind me never to get on your bad sides."
Everyone laughed.
"Did you call your mom Buffy?" asked Willow.
"Yeah, she wanted me to come home, but just incase Riley worms his way out of this I'm going to go to Willow's tonight and I'll stay there for a couple days."
Little did she know Buffy still had her worst fear to face...
