A/N:Sorry that it's been so long since I've updated. But, I do want to say, this chapter will be a bit surprising. I figured out I had my favorite ship all wrong. Hope you like it.
Buffy woke up feeling great. She wasn't tired, or thinking of Angel. She was actually thinking of Riley. She sighed and smiled to herself.
She heard her stomach growl so decided to make breakfast before anyone else got up. It was only nine so she didn't think anyone would be up yet but when she got downstairs, the TV was on and someone was sitting on the couch,"Morning, B."It was Faith.
Buffy sat next to her and smiled. A real smile too,"Morning. You hungry? I was thinking about making everyone breakfast."
"Yeah. What kind of cereal do they have here?"
Buffy smirked,"Cereal? No, no, no. I was thinking, scrambled eggs, Belgan Waffles, fresh OJ, and bacon."
"You can cook?"Faith asked her in a shocked tone.
"Don't sound so surprised. Does that sound good?"
"Yep. Sounds great."Buffy got off the couch and walked into the kitchen with Daisy and Bubbles following her. She made the waffles first, then the bacon, then the eggs. She put out thirteen plates, and put two waffles on each. Two pieces of bacon, and some eggs. She poured everyone a glass of orange juice.
Someone was coming down the stairs as she was putting the plates out. Giles and Jenny were dressed and ready to go for the day,"Honey, did you do all this?"Jenny asked Buffy.
"Yep. I thought everyone deserved a good breakfast to start the day."The two adults sat at the table. Giles ate quickly, kissed Jenny and Buffy goodbye,and headed to his library.
Jenny took a little more time to eat and washed hers and Rupert's dishes, then too, left.Connor and Xander came up from the basement and were very excited,"Gee Buff, I didn't know you could cook."
"I can cook very well as you can see."As the boys were eating, Faith sat down and started to eat also. Dawn came downstairs while the three were in the middle of eating, rubbingher eyes.
"I didn't know you could cook Buffy."She stated giving Connor a kiss on the cheek and sitting down next to him.
"Why is everyone so surprised? When I was little, I watched my mom cook everyday and eventually, picked up the habit."Buffy sat down next to Faith and everyone laughed.
Xander had finished his food and was watching some show on MTV when Cordelia and Willow came downstairs silently. After a couple of minutes, Faith, Connor, and Buffy were sitting around the living room, watching whatever Xander watching,"This is so retarded. What show is it?"Buffy asked him.
"I think it's Date my Mom. The show where guys date girls' moms to see which daughter they'll go on a date with."Xander explained.
"That's stupid."Dawn stated, sitting on Connor's lap.
Oz came downstairs and started eating. Him and Willow held hands under the table but everyone saw them. Everyone finished eating and sat around watching TV. Everyone except Darla and Angel.
