When Buffy and Doyle got back to the office no one was there,"Angel?"Buffy called.
"I don't think anyone's here so, I'm going to go. Bye."
"Bye."Buffy went into Angel's and her's apartment and no one was there either but there was a note.
Buffy-
Went to get some food. Can't get enough of that stuff. Be back soon.
Always Angel
Buffy couldn't help but giggle. After wandering around, she decided to shower. The water was refreshing and warm. She let it run until it became too cold to bare anymore.
There wasn't much to do in the apartment but watch TV so she turned on the news and started to cook. Knowing Angel hadn't had much to eat, she made steak, shrimp, baked potatoes, and corn. Dessert had finished and was being stored in the fridge. It was
Buffy set the table and put a vase with one rose in it and two stem candles on either side of it. She dressed in a medium length, red, strapless dress with red heels. Angel is gonna lose it and there will be no concequences. Buffy thought as she looked down at herself.
About twenty minutes later, she heard the door open and turned off the TV,"Honey, I'm home!" Angel yelled then laughed,"Buffy?" There was slow music playing in the background and Buffy stepped out of the kitchen and he was silent.
"Hey. Did you have a good day?"Buffy slowly walked up to him and took a few bags out of his arms.
"Uh, um, yeah. You look... wow."
"Thanks."He put all the bags on the counter and picked Buffy up in his arms. He started kissing down her neck and on her shoulders.
"No, no, no. You have to wait until after we eat. We never got to go to a real date so, I decided to make us one." Angel put her down and sat in one of the chairs,"So, is the food good."
Buffy asked him after a minute of silence,"It's great. Amazing. Food is good."
