"So where's Xander and Cordielia?"Buffy asked looking over her shoulder and wrapping her hands around her shoulders.
"Here you go luv.No reason for you to be cold."Spike said taking off his leather jacket and draping it over Buffy's shoulders.Darla and Willow giggled remembering every time that he would do that when they were in high school.
"They went to Cordy's house and they wanted to be alone.You know to do stuff."Willow told her when her and Darla were finished giggling like little school girls.
"Thanks.Listen I need to stop by my house.Get some clothes,hairbrush,toothbrush you know.The necesieties."
"Well,you shouldn't go by yourself.Let me go with you."Darla said putting a hand on Buffy's shoulder and she shuddered under it so Darla quickly pulled it away.
"Um,no.That's okay.I can go by myself.Then when I'm done I'll go over to yyour house.everything is gonna be okay.I'll be fine.No worries."Buffy said reassuringly but they didn't buy it.
"No,I'm going with you pet."
"But what about them?They also need protection against him."
"I'll stay with them."A voice came from behind them and everyone turned around.
"Angel!"Darla shouted throwing her arms around his neck,"Oh,I'm sorry."Darla said getting off of him and he looked at her longingly.
"I missed you."He told her as he pulled her into a hug.
"I missed you too.I missed you so much and I'm so sorry."She frowned at him with her eyes and he grabbed her hand then kissed it.
"No I'm sorry.Please forgive me."
"Every time."She kissed him and he lifted her up so she wrapped her legs around his waist.
"Well great,everyone has a boyfriend but me.This sucks."Willow complained stamping down her foot.
"He is not-"
"Calm down love.Everyone already knows that were temperaroly seperated."Spike said and winked at Angel but Buffy smiled and hit him lightly on the arm.'
"Well,I wouldn't say that."Angel stepped aside and Oz stepped forward.
"Oz?Is that really you?"Willow asked hopefully.
"Yeah baby.I'm here."He hugged Willow and kissed her on the cheek.
:"Well now I'm jealous.All you blokes have your girls and mine is so stubborn that she can't even find it in that cold heart of hers to forgive me."
"My heart is cold.Don't you remember after you broke up with me you just started making out with that little tramp?!?So of course since I won't take you back because of what you did to me my heart is frozen.God you are such a pig!"She strmed off toward her house and Spike followed.
"Buffy wait!"He grabbed her arm and she punched him in the nose.
"Keep your God damn hands off of me!Never mind. I'm just going straight to your house."Buffy walked back over to the ganf and they left Spike holding his bloody nose on the ground but Angel turned back.
"She's a tough nut to crack.But it's yourmess to clean up.She's right not to forgive you for what you did-"
"But-"
"Stay down!You were a dick to hold that against her.You should've just slept withHarmoney and never have told Buffy about it so you two would still be together right now."
"I know.I know."
"Stupid boy.You'll never have a chance to be with her after I get to her."The killer said from the bushes as he watched the two boys catch up t the rest of the group.
