He lifted Buffy off of her feet as she squealed trying to get loose.He pulled her ear up to his mouth and said,"Don't worry.I'm not gonna kill you...yet."
"Spike."She managed to get out and kicked her feet against the wall as hard as she could trying to get Spike's attention.
"Don't bother,let me do it for you.Spike!Oh Spike!"The killer yelled out,"I have your little bitch out here.You should really come and help her!"Spike ran in from the klitchen and swung at the killers hand,"Be careful now.You wouldn't want to hit the girl now would you?"
"You son of a bitch!I'm gonna kill you this time and you won't get away."He swung again and hit the killers hand which made him drop Buffy.
Spike dropped the bat and caught Buffy,"Wrong again Spikey.I'm gone."He ran into the hallway and then into Buffy's bedroom.
Buffy jumped out of Spike's arms and grabbed the bat,"I'll kill him myself."She dashed up the stairs then into her room,"Damnit!!!"She shouted as Spike walked into her room,"You let him get away!"
"I let him get away?!?I saved you!!!"He yelled back at her.
"I didn't need your saving.After he dropped me you should've went after him.Now who knows where he went or who he's gonna kill next!This is all your fault."She plopped down on her bed and dug through her nightstand drawer.
"What are you doing?"He asked sitting next to her.
"Looking for something.Now get out I have to change."
"Tell me what you're looking for first."
"No.It's none of your business and I need to change."
"Change for what?What are you going to do that is so important that you need to change?"
"I'm going to The Bronze and I'm loking for this."She said pulling out a silver necklace with a silver rose that had real rubys where the petals would be.
"Who gave you that?"
"My dad.He gave it to me when he found out I was going to law school and I just threw it in here.Now can you please leave so I can change."
"Fine but I'm waiting outside the door because you're going back with me."
"No I'm not but you can wait outside,just in case he comes back."She pushed him out the door and smiled at him.
She searched through her suitcase and found the perfect dress and shoes to match.It was a short,red, spaghetti strap dress and red strapy heels.She did her makeup and put her hair into loose curls then walked out of the room,"You ready?"She asked Spike who was making googly eyes at her.
"You are a vision."He said walking up and putting his hands on her waist.
"Thanks.Um lets-"Spike pressed her up against the wall then started kissing her,"Spike stop.We can't do this."She whispered while he moved down to her neck.
"Buffy,I love you.Harmoney was-"
"Get off of me.Lets go.But when we get there don't come near me."She pushed him off of her and walked down the stairs.
