Wow...a very powerful chapter. I loved every minute of it. I was sitting on the edge of my seat, litteraly, as I read every singel word. I liked the whole story time with Lorne thing. You captured his character quite well and I could imagine him saying everything. It's like that for the other characters too, by the way. I would write more, but I have to keep reading on...I have to!
Author's Response: I didn't think I wrote Lorne too well, so I essentially did this for two reasons. One, I LOVED his narrationin SPin the Bottle. Two, I wanted to practice my Lorne writing. I'm so, so happy you liked the chapter. Thanks again. |

Ah Lorne. The best thing that came out of ATS imho. I loved the episode where he narrated the entire story while on stage. Totally underutilized in the final season of ATS, but you are putting him to good work here.
As for Connor... Yeah you're taking him way out on the edge. I'll be interested to see the road he takes to become the champion Lorne predicts he'll become.

Powerful juxtposition of dark and plucky: "(I'm nothing if not consistent)". I am interested to know how far C will take the heroine to find what he's looking fo, though I have some idea that if it's hell he's after... According to your responses, this isn't one of your most popular stories. I can't imagine why this is the case: I love it to bits. Keep it up.
Author's Response: Thanks as always. I wanted to do a kind of homage to “Spin the Bottle.” You can rest assured Connor is very much looking for hell on earth and will do his best to find it. However, I’m hoping not to keep this plotline running to long as most Angel fans hate Connor and will probably be cheering for him to OD. I’m glad you love the story to bits. I really do enjoy writing it and hope to keep it up. However, numbers don’t lie and this is by far my least read story. Thanks again! |

Great. I liked the perspective switching (Lorne/third person/Lorne/third person/etc/etc), and I liked the way that you told it. Once again, Connor sticks up for the girl in distress. I'm glad things are going well Angel/Cordy wise.... Kinda curious about Fred/Gunn wise. Hope Connor doesn't do anything too insane in his heroin daze. Great chapter again, and leaving me wanting more.... So, please (I repeat my mantra), update again soon.
Author's Response: I’m glad the perspective switching worked for the story. I didn’t want to do Sunny Redux with Connor, but there’s a direction I want to go and Naomi seemed the only way. Angel/Cordy will of course have their bumps. Fred/Gunn are probably done, but I’m not sure yet. Connor is just getting started with regard to the narcotics. Thanks for reading and reviewing. I like writing this story, but as I’ve mentioned before, it’s not my most popular. Anyway, I do hope to update again soon. Thanks again for reading. |

Awesome dialect, great character situations, I love it. Gotta tell you it's hella confusing. Way different from my version of what happened after the last episode(hint-hint). Great, though. update soon. please
