My only complaint plot wise is that after a week the Scooby gang wouldn't be this worried about Dawn's grief. They'd probably be more worried if she got over it so fast. When you lose someone close to you it can take months to get over it, and when you're still in sweats by month 2, that's when people start to worry. Honestly, Xander, Willow, and Tara would all still be grieving and recovering from their injuries.
