I like it. Curiousity about many things, though--too many to voice yet. Please update it again soon--there are lots of fics about Xander's lie, but this one seems like one of the more interesting ones.

Author's Response: Thanks, glad you like it. I will explain all in due time. I must say I am trying to make this different. All the fics about Xander's lie involve Buffy beating up Xander, and then being totally fine with it no matter what becomes of him. In my opinion that is just not in her character at all. I should be posting another chapter of this in a few days.
