And now, we dance. After 13 chapters of exquisite build up, we finally get the big battle. However, this chapter doesn’t lose any of the emotional intensity of the prior chapters. The burgeoning G/W romance is very interesting. General Xander is awesome. The slayer army clashing with the demon horde was exhilarating, especially with the panicked dragon in the mix. Your writing made the desperation of the slayers palpable. And the ending had me so on edge.
