Okay I have a new rule, I am only going to start reading your stuff in pairs. I will read how the cliff hanger resolves and wait for the next update :( Who am I kidding, I can't help but read...Great work :)

Poor Giles, he is so much like Angel. Doing what he thinks he best only to have it be the wrong choice :) But you were once again spot on so brilliant work :)

Spike has THRALL!!!!! Yeah big fan of obscure vamp tricks, great work and it was brilliant the way you wove it into the plot!!

I sooo glad that Xander finally slacked up on his I-HATE-ANYTHING-BUFFY DATES. Yeah he liked Riley, but I think that was because he was human. You think a man with his past and the fact that he nearly married an ex-vengance demon would be a bit more understanding. BUT I love this story soo far..Great work 5 tiny little stars worth!
Author's Response: I got sooo tired of Xander and his bashing. My Xander is a little more forgiving. I don't know why Buffy (or the others) never said anything to him regarding Anya... Thanks for the review! |

"But in reality how many times did I tell him no when it really meant yes, yes, yes!" It was really obvious that she meant NO that time, but I can see her rationalizing it away in a wash of nostalgia. It was suppose to be the thing to push him to be the kind of man he thought she deserved but I can totally she why you downplayed it. Great chapter though.
Author's Response: I hated to down play that tramatic event but I felt that Buffy would want to justify it to herself. Her character was always making excuses for others while judging herself the hardest. And, I always hated that it had happened. : ) |
