Whoa! I LOVE Spike and I am very pleased with this chapter. We are amused!

I never liked the way Xander seemed to be kinda self-hating, which he is in this, but, you know, you can't really argue with the original character personality, so, I guess, I'd have to say this was good, even though I don't...I dunno...like it, I guess, in some ways...and wow that was a long sentence! Good job for making me babble!
Author's Response: Xander in the show drove me nuts with his I hate anything Buffy dates attitude I just tried to fix it where I could at least tolerate him again... Thanks for reviewing! |

Glad it meant something to you. Your writing's so powerful and emotive and...I don't know how to put it...inspiring I guess. Thank you for writing this. Btw, the next chapter is AWESOME too. I never really liked Angel much. Glad I was right to doubt him!

I like critical comments but the warm and fuzzy ones are the best. Thanks! Angel really doesn't bother me. Unless he is romantically linked with Buffy. (I really don't buy into it) Even though I have him evil in this story I really don't hate him! He is sort of funny on his own in a dry sort of immature way. (You would think that with 200+ years he wouldn't be so pouty!) Thanks again for the glowing review. Hopefully the next chapter will be up tonight... |

Wow, intruiging! I agree. Angel and Buffy were never 'perfect'. They either hurt each other or hated each other or lied or were miles apart. So what if there's smoochy attraction? You can't build a relationship around smoochies!

Great monologue. I have to admit that getting me to go along with a Spuffy story is a hard sell. But this definitely had enough emotion in it to keep me interested. I liked Buffy mistaking the name of the fountain. Angel’s cookie dough being “so 1999” kind of made me sad, which is odd. I was never a fan of Buffy/Angel either. (What, do I want Buffy to be a nun?) Really interesting start. Can’t wait to see where it goes.
Author's Response: I admit it... I love Spuffy. I really just never bought into the perfect love thing between her and Angel. It also helped that I didn't start watching until season 6. *gasp* I am all caught up now and I am even watching Angel too. I really like him off on his own! Or maybe with Cordy... or Nina or anyone else than Buffy. Thanks for taking the time to review. I really look forward to being reviewed especially by non-spuffy people! So Thanks! |

At last, a perfect Xander! You have a real grasp of his character, at the same time evolving him to suit your purposes. The whole angst thing is really going well too.

Wow... I find Angel's behavior disturbing and yet it made sense. With all that Angel did, it's possible that he went off the deep end. Oh man, what happened to Andrew? What's going to happen with Buffy and Spike?
Will Angel be sent to Heck? Please update soon.

It's off to a great start! I'll have to read the other chapters tomorrow or something. I will get to them though. It's soooo good. The whole Buffy and Spike thing, so great. I always thought they went together a little better than Angel and Buffy did. I LOVE it! Please read some of my Buffy fan fiction and tell me what you think. I haven't ran any of them through spell check yet though and my spelling is awful! Anyway, great story so far!
