Fantastic from begining to well, cant really say the end, because it isn't finished! But hell, this is a damn good fic, and I know, i spend most of my time reading and rating them for a few friends who like to keep update on the best fics around, and this, my friend is definatly one of em!! Loved the way Angelus comes out to play to, kind of like it was always going to happen.......ok now Im just babbling on bout crap! Please keep it up and I'll review for every chapter that you add. Not my favorite ship Connor/Dawn or even favorite characters but this is so well written I'm going to have to give it a read. Author's Response: Thanks for the review. Hopefully you’ll like the rest of the story. I’m trying to make it more “A Buffy version of college” than a Connor/Dawn ‘ship fic. So, you may yet enjoy it. Thanks again.

You're right... Emily probably isn't much weaker than the average college freshman... But she seems weak in comparison to the characters that we always read about here--which does make sense, because she's new to this whole thing. Also, I'm a big fan of the Connor/Dawn concept, and not a big fan of the "interloper". As a character in general, though, you're right--she isn't that bad. Author's Response: LOL- sorry for the interloper. Just keep telling yourself that if something is meant to be, nothing can stop it. Except an evil author of course. Ha Ha Ha Ha. Keep reading.

This is a great story in general... I think that Emily's kind of a weak character, though. But I was very relieved to discover that the big sequence with Dawn going to her dormitory and finding Emily and Connor together was just a dream. I LOVE this, please add more soon--same goes for Running on Faith! (The loving and the pleading for adding, obviously not the Emily commentary.) Author's Response: Thanks. When you say Emily's weak, do you mean weak as in undeveloped (by me) or that she's a weak person? If you mean the latter, I don't think she's a weak person. I don't imagine her as being any weaker than the average college freshman. In comparison to the super-hero gang she runs with, she's a bit less confident, yeah. But compared to normal people her age, I think she's normal. I'm hoping ot update soon, but I've been busy so far. Next week I should have a bit more time. Thanks again for the review. Nope no nasty weight issues damaging my own self confidence and I wasn't really overly offended it's just that I am used to you being original and brilliant and suddenly there was this lame fallback about this girl and the only thing they could complain about is her weight Whiny Wendy actually describes the person in question and I get a clearer mental picture about how desperate Terry really is, which I am betting was your point.Personally I would take a chunky one over a whiny or smelly one any day but then again that is just me :) But I am on to you, you want me to not think your brilliant but don't worry I saw right through your ploy... Still brilliant, your characters are flawed and multidimensional, your scene vibrant and your ability to blend past and present is smooth and flawless. So yeah, still brilliant Author's Response: I was just kidding about the weight thing! I actually wanted something very typical in that conversation so I could emphasize how mundane their lives were. It makes a nice contrast to the eventual stories/fates of Connor and Terry. That's right! Though he disappeared from the story, Terry will be back and he will be important. Glad to read I'm still brilliant in your eyes. That makes you, my mom, and a girl from college named Chris that think I'm brilliant. Perhaps you can form a support group.

Wendy the whale!!! Big writer for falling back on the absolute lowest form of female complaints! Why couldn't she be Smelly Sally or Pimply Pam or even B.O. Betty??? Alright since the rest of the chapter was great your forgiven but you are slightly less brilliant than you were two minutes ago. Author's Response: Sorry. Didn't mean to offend you, particularly if you yourself have weight issues. Not that I'm saying you do. Anyway, would it make you feel better if, just for you, I changed her to Whining Wendy? Originally, this section was longer and made Terry seem a bit more crass, but I cut it down. The only problem is that the "Wendy the Whale" moniker seems to have originated form Connor. In any case, I think I made my point with what I left in tact. Any guesses on what the point of the scene was? Also, I'm not less brilliant than I was 2 minutes ago. I was just never as brilliant as you thought I was. And now, damn it, you're all catching on.

Enjoying the story. I'm not usually a Connor fan, but you write him quite well in this fic. Also very readable. By the way, Connor's a real idiot. Probably been pointed out before, but I'd just like to reiterate that. Never mind the little love triangle he's got going on with Emily and Dawn. How could he not know? How could he not see it, not know who the werewolf is? ...As a sidenote, that whole Angel-&-Nina-in-bed thing? I hope we won't be seeing more of that in the near future. Don't think I could handle it. Author's Response: Connor’s not an idiot, he’s a 19-year old guy. It’s pretty close to an idiot, but there are subtle differences. The rest of my response is slightly spoilerish, so stop reading if you don't want some clues/ info. How could Connor not see it? I wonder if anyone sees all the clues because, as I said, there’s a major red herring out there. Well, actually it’s a pretty cheap red herring, but I think it’ll still be fun. As for Angel & Nina in bed, get used to it. They’re living together and sleeping in the same bed (excepting the werewolf nights). You’ll get a few chapters break from Angel in general, but after that, Angel (& Nina) will probably be back.

I like the story its awsome, everything fits into place or something like that. The story just gets more exciting. Especially the Dawn and Connor affect or something related to that.
