| I am enjoying the vivid description of this future of Demon Dominance. Giving it background adds to understanding how this could have really happened in the Buffyverse. And of course, I just loved when Buffy finds out Angel is alive. Wow! Here she has been mourning his death, and surprise he is still alive and fighting ‘The Good Fight’. |

| Again great description, I could practically smell the hellhole she had landed in. I started reading your other fic first, Secrets and Lies, so when I went to read this and saw that you said it was dark, I was thinking ‘how dark can it be’, as I was comparing it to S&L. I am amazed at your range. This is a dark piece, but one with meaning. The dark elements provide substance for the story being told and are not just there to shock. Wonderful! |

| You were right; it was very dark. There was this Buffy serial novel I read -I think I told you about it- called "The Lost Slayer". This chapter reminded me of it. I can't wait to see how it all ends. ^_^ |

| I absolutely love how you wrote this chapter. I think the majority of people would have written something sappy, where Angel doesn't believe her at first, but then looks into her eyes and knows it's her and all this other sentimental nonsense. But three hundred years of fighting's made him weary. He doesn't trust her, doesn't believe her, and that's what makes the chapter work. ^_~ |

Excellent so far. ^_^ What's interesting is that the first chapter doesn't seem to connect with the prologue, so it makes it intriguing to read. Can't wait to read more and see where you're going with this. You've got the dark, angst-y stuff down. ^_^
