This was very good. I like the struggle Angel had internly with his daker side and how it became "quiet" throughout his song. Well done. Who was the "You" in the alley, I wonder?

Ok.... I am not a fan of Angel myself, and don't usually read Angel fic unless Buffy ors someone is in it. But this, was really, really, really, really, really good. Your use of words was just spellbounding, and the lyrics fit in perfectly. You should be very proud of this piece of work, I'm certainly adding it to my favourites.
