OK, loved this fic. Short and sweet and full of beautiful exposition. Anya's inability to understand why Oz would forgive Willow for her transgrestions, is not only true to who Anya was at that time, but a lovely foreshadow, to the future when she will have to forgive Xander for betraying her. In examinng this one aspect, you foretell the growth we will eventually see in her as she learns to and eventually does become human. I am a big fan of Promming around as well. So, with your great insight of character, I am challenging you to continue the series with POV for all who were there, remaining: Oz. Willow, Xander, Cordy, Giles, & even Wes. They all came to that dance under differing circumstances, reacted to this situation uniquely and walked away simply different in some way then when they had arrived. --

This was amazing, like all stories with Anya being nice in. The way how you portrayed her early confusion into being a human was beyond words. The love that was show through the writing was fantastic. How you captured most of what happened in the prom in such a short story, and how that you shed a new light onot it all. Marvelous, absolutely marvelous.

This was touching. Thank you. Anya is such an interesting character and you captured her confusion and uncertainty in such a bittersweet way. And the last line nearly brought me to tears.
