Excellent, excellent fic! How excellent, how may ask? So excellent that I was transfixed by it despite the fact that I hate present tense fics, second person fics, and am in no way interested in a R/D pairing. So excellent that it is going on to my list of fave fics. So excellent that I will check out your other fics. Fantastic, gripping, poetic style. Fabulous melancholy twist. EXCELLENT!

Beautifully written. Okay I will be honest I have a hard time picturing that particular pairing without screaming "Ewww!" at the top of my lungs but you somehow got me to transcend that and focus on the characters. Riley in particular felt very honest, very true. Great job.

Author's Response: Thank you. I actually shared your "Ewww" response to that particular pairing, but I did it as a challenge, and found my feelings had actually changed by the end of the story. Interesting. *strokes shiny new reviews happily*
