| You get a TEN for this brilliant script, and I'm gonna read your next ones. I could picture it in my head, just like the episodes. Sorry about Gunn, though. Looking forward to your up coming episodes. |

The story was great but the demon battle leaves a lot to be desired. I like where you're headed with the story though. Oh, and what about Conner?
Author's Response: Never been good with battles, but I'm trying harder. And as for Conner: Conners safe and sound back home with his family. |

This is a review of the first two episodes of season 6 combined. First off, I have to say I love the script format. It keeps the feeling of the show in tact and helps everything to flow in a narrative. Secondly, the writer stayed true to the characters and the way the stories were told on air. He mixed action and comedy and comments based on past events in fluidly and kept the pacing up.
Some constructive critisim: One big concern was the time issue. If they took off from LA at dawn, would it be night time when they arrive in London? I know you have to figure in flight time, time zone, and also, if it was a private jet, what the fuel intake would be and if they would need to stop for fuel. Secondly, why would W&H send minions to Rome to meet the plane if they had planned on it blowing up in mid-flight? They were actively preparing for a landing, so it wasn't like they were a plan B. Other then minor plot holes, there isn't much wrong with these stories. With any writer, there is always room for improvment, but overall, great enjoyable read.
Author's Response: Thank you for your wonderfull review. As of the plot holes:
I can't argue with the time issue. I've never been good with things like that. I spent ten minutes trying to figure it out and my head blew up. so I just gave up. Even Buffy and Angel the shows themselves had plotholes. (See Buffy season 7 for example)
As to the "why would W&H send minions to Rome to meet the plane if they had planned on it blowing up in mid-flight?"
W&H sent the demons. That was their plan. Kylie Thorp, who works directly for the senior partners, took it upon herself to plant the bomb. As you see in the second "episode" They differ in oppinions on how to deal with Angel.
Once again thank you for your wonderfull review. I hope to be finished with the next "episode" soon. |
