This is fan-freakin-tastic. Thank God you have the next chapter up already or I would have been dying here. I really love this story. Angel's reappearance was a nice touch. I loved the touching moment between Father and Son. The jail break was such a inventive escape plan. I loved it. The continuing friendship between Spike and Connor is probably one of my favorite aspects of this story line. I would have loved to see a black haired Spike! And the Minnesota accent was just priceless!

Author's Response: I was hoping black haired and Minnesota accented Spike would be good for a few laughs. I too wanted Angel and Connor to have at least one father/son moment. Thanks again for the review. It made me feel so up.

Best. Breakout. Ever. After umpteen failed breakouts using muscle, Stanford-attending Connor whips out the brain and hacks Faith out of prison. I’m completely retarded, too. The whole time there’s this other person with Connor, I’m wondering who it is. Faith’s “Read a lot of Shakespeare in the can” line was so lol hysterical. As was Spike dunking Eve. I love that Spike is catching on to Connor. There were so many great lines. I want to go through them all, but there’s not enough time. But the lines “Budget Cuts. Fucking Schwarzenegger” and “I’m guaranteeing 16% less sewage” deserve special mention.

Author's Response: Thanks! Glad you liked the jailbreak. I kind of liked it too. Also glad to see you liked the funny lines. Since you’ve given me carte blanche to reveal my gags in my responses to you, I think I’ll take advantage of that. This ep’s in-joke? Spike’s alias is a character on the show “Alias”.

This has probably one of the greatest break-out scenes from the police that I have ever seen. Connor is such a smart guy. And to bring Angel in was terrific. Someone really needs to snap Eve's neck. She was doing it to help Angel. To help Angel die, because I'm sure she knows that Angel was responsible for his dying.

Author's Response: Thanks for the review! Yeah, Connor version 2.0 is pretty smart, huh? I thought it would be neat to play him against type, as future chapters may show. Yeah, Eve's still evil.

Without saying too much in the way of spoilers; another great episode. The Faith break-out was great and I loved the cameo of Angel. I just have a special place in my heart for the now healthy father – son bond they have. I therefore greatly enjoyed Angel's parting line: "It was a good plan, son" seriously, I just got teary eyed again, typing it. The plot continued to move forward at a good pace, and ended with me wanting more.

Author's Response: Thanks! I always try to end it with the reader wanting more. I'm also glad you liked "It was a good plan, son."
