I agree with Hamilton: Very Shakespearean. I find it rather hopeless if Connor is condemned never to have a child who isn't of mythic proportions. Glad, however, that finally someone chose sense over love and decided not deal with the big bad when or if it ever came. P.S. Flimtheory: nice job on the title. I really liked this chapter. The show always had the interactions between Buffy and Dawn being about the vampires, etc. It’s nice to have a sister-to-sister moment like this. I’m surprised the show never did it, but glad that you did.

This was a really heartbreaking chapter. The twist was awesome, unexpected, but completely believable. I’ve often wondered about the same thing that has W&H worried. I love the parallel you draw between D/C and B/A. Both relationships are burdened by circumstance and duty. I think you’ve shown a lot of creativity in taking two relatively disliked characters and turned them into such a tragically romantic couple. This was a great chapter and definitely worth the wait. Buffy's speech about speeches was great. And very zen. The fight scene in the sewer was awesome. C & D making out while in danger was hysterical. Then that cliff hanger. Damn it! Who could it be? I must know now!!! Author's Response: You know, you are the best!!! And to offer to 'beta read' my last two chapters, so very noble (not at all about getting to see the finale before everyone else:) So that is what I thought...then you come back and offer me all this insight and a great title, and I'm tryin to figure out why I haven't been begging you to beta read all along!!! I was absolutely amazed when I read your story. It's not even finished yet and it completely blew me away! Not only are you a fabulous writer, you captured the characters' personalities SO WELL. I don't think I have ever read a story so beautifully written and thought out. I'm VERY picky when it comes to all things BtVS, so this really means a lot coming from me. I hope to read more of Secrets Exposed soon. :)

Cant wait. :-) Author's Response: I know, we must chat. I've been hiding from this site as well as my e-mail....I tell you, the guilt over finishing this story was killing me.
