I adore this! This is better than what was written in the series novelisation "Chosen"! I think you captured all the feelings perfectly.

OK, Violet totally stole my original review, so read it, get an idea, then I would like to add this: I got teary eyed upon these thoughts from Buffy as she was watching Spike save the world: "This was his destiny. He looked beautiful. He looked like a champion. " The writing style was fluid and had punch, and that is always something that is important to me when reading a fic. Great job, I look forward to reading more of your stuff.

I liked the way you kept the "salvation" theme running throughout the story, it made for a very nice punch near the end. But I think Buffy's thoughts were a little out of character--a little too Spike-loving (and I say that as a Spuffy-friendly person). Maybe a little more doubt and uncertainty on her part might make it more powerful. Just some thoughts. Thanks for the review of Legalese! BTW, I look forward to reading more of your stuff
