| This was a great story that has just been waiting to be explored every since Spike told Will he would totally bite her!! You handled it well and made it seem natural instead of forced and it was great! |

| I like this pairing, not only because I’m a fan of unconventional ‘ships, but it’s a smart match. In season 4, Spike was the only one who saw Willow was going through trouble. He’d also expressed an attraction to her in the past. They definitely had a very flirtatious rapport in “the Initiative.” Willow also seems to have a soft spot for neutered villains. Remember she wouldn’t let Spike stake himself. Match that with Willow’s desire to be carefree, and I definitely see the hookup. Despair leads to Spike, much like it did for Buffy. Willow’s internal monologue and your exploration of her character are great. The Willow babble was very funny and very in character. Great story! |
