This story is awesome. It does such a great job of dealing with the conflicts Connor must face; having supernatural strength while wanting to be normal, having normal and horrific memories that can be difficult to keep straight, and having responsibilities and loyalties he doesn’t want anymore.
Author's Response: Thanks so much for the praise! I always wished the show could have gone deeper into the payback of Origin, but I know they were time limited and all that.

Great story. The seamless transitions from the happy childhood memories to memories of Quor’Toth was awesome. (I had to read the first one twice because it confused me on my first read). So far as I can tell, you really don’t need a Beta. Also, Erin is what I named Connor’s sister in one of my stories, so I definitely liked the name. Good luck on the Bar.
