What a great start! It's nice to see this (mostly) happy assembly of scoobies, though I know it can't last. I like that Dawn is settling into a "normal" life and, though it's painful, Buffy is trying to get over her past relationships. The humor and drama were a heartwarming start to a story that I'm sure is about to throw some tough times at our heroes. Great start!

Great start to the story. The humor was just so natural. (I’m so jealous of that, by the way). The way that you built the drama while working in the exposition was fabulous. I’m anxious to see what happens with Buffy and her personal life. I can’t really think of any other post-Chosen fic that’s made me care about that. Great chapter!

i know this is kinda silly but are you english? i am and i call a house a house. A flat is an apartment (i think thats what americans call them). A flat is a one floor place where you live. Sorry i just had to say as i was a bit confused at the beginning.

Author's Response: No, I'm painfully not English. I have been to London, and I love it there. I've based Buffy's UK "Flat" on the Flat in 'Spaced'. It's bascially a renovated house, and they all have separate flats or apartements in the house.
