Another great chapter. IN the midst of this very eerie (but beautifully worded) story, you've built in so much personal drama as well. Not just the romantic aspect, but within Buffy's family as well. Great chapter.
Author's Response: thanx so much for the comments filmtheory. i couldn't just put in the romantic aspect by itself. otherwise, the fic would of gotten too boring too quickly. i had to add some shocking twists and turns as well. i appreciate the comments so very much and im glad you took the time to read the fic as well. i already have the first chappies to the sequel already posted and i have to say i think the sequel would be a bit better than this fic i wrote. if you have the time, i hope you will check out the sequel anytime. I'm so thrilled to see you updated!! I missed reading this story :( Anyway, again fabulous. I love how the story of the Night Wars and the Night Ones is unfolding, and I loved reading about what Buffy discovered about her mom. I think its so cool that she is a witch - a member of the Inner Circle - instead of being a Slayer. Its so cool to see her power reside in something else beyond slayer strength. The chemistry between her and Angel is just perfect - I absolutely love seeing them together!! I also really enjoyed the descriptives of this town - it makes it seem so real, like I'm actually there. Again, beautifully written and so intriguing. I can't wait for more updates, so I hope you'll post a new chapter soon!!!
Author's Response: Aww thanx Angels Shadow for all of your wonderful support you have shown throughout the entire fic!! i really really really am happy that you've been so supportive of my fic when im being so supportive of yours!! its really really great and i thank you sooooo much for the awesome comments they mean so much to me!! The whole Buffy thing well... i do get somewhat tired that she's only made being a Slayer and nothing else so i wanted to try something different here instead of the usual Chosen One thingy. I so agree with her and Angel's chemistry. it does fit so well and im glad i had the chance to make it so. Thank you soooo much for all of the support you have shown Angels Shadow and i will definitely definitely post ASAP!! i have to say one thing to all of the readers.... im not gonna post spoilers cuz it will ruin my fic but i will say this: do not expect a happy ending in this fic anytime soon. i guess you can say the fic will have a very very sad ending but that's all im gonna say for now. i will for sure update!! |
