BUFFY...GET OUT OF THERE! Sorry...when I read stuff that is this intense I sometime want to get invalved lol. Anyway great job. Again the discriptions are great. It's still a little confusing though. I'm not really sure which one of the strangers Buffy is with right now and was the first part of this chapter a dream...or some other girl or something. Other then the slight confusion your doing a great job. I can't wait till I have time to read more.
Author's Response: yea. it is a bit confusing but i intended to make the first part of the chappie a dream so sorry about the confusion. Buffy isn't with anyone right now but somehow i guess their fighting over her and trying to trick her or something. I agree with the confusing part. I think we all know that the handsome man is def Angel but is the blond vampire Spike? And is the red head girl Willow? Anyway great job. I can't wait to figure out what's going to happen.
Author's Response: Hey Sinister. ok from reading your review, you are just reading the beginning of the story right? i will tell you one thing about this fic. Buffy is the only character from the show who is included in this fic. No Spike, No Angel, No Willow he he because i felt that i shouldn't include the other Buffy characters here just Buffy. The Angel guy in this fic is not Angelus, its a totally different guy. And the Angel guy in this fic is Italian and we all know the Angel from the show is Irish. Hope that doesn't confuse you but either way, i really am glad and hope that you will continue reading the fic and i really appreciate your awesome reviews so far. thank you!! and happy reading!! |

First of all I just want to say I'm very sorry for not reading and reviewing any of your stories sooner. I've been very busy lately and I've wanted to read something of yours for so long but I wanted to make sure I'd have enough time. This chapter is great and I think it sets up the story beautifully. Your writing is so discriptive it makes me feel like I'm really there watching it. Great job and I can't wait to read more.
Author's Response: Hey Sinister you got nothing to apologize for. i understand that you have to be too busy to read some fics because i get that way as well and it totally sucks lol. but i'm glad either way you had the chance to review. I'm very happy and totally honored for all of your compliments on my fic. it totally makes my day and yea the whole descriptive writing compliment, i'm getting that alot but it's one of the main reasons why i started this fic in the first place. i wanted to describe the settings and everything very beautifully so it wouldn't sound so rushed or plain or anything like that. and it sounds like im doing a good job on that he he. I really hope if you do have time, you'll continue reading the rest of the fic so i'll know how you think about it. And there is a sequel out called the Ghost of You if you want to check it out after this fic as well. it's not completed yet. Good work. You said before Buffy just human in this, but I have to think she's a little more, and doesn't know it yet. Have you ever seen Dark Shadows, because this feels a lot like that show. Again good job.
Author's Response: Cool. glad you liked it. Buffy is human in this but as we get to the later chappies, she will discover a secret that has been kept from her since she was born. And well, this has nothing to do with being a Slayer or anything so its something else... and to admit, i have never even heard of Dark Shadows. My inspiration for this actually comes from books by author Amelia Atwater Rhodes and such. Thanx for the great comments!! |

Another great chapter. IN the midst of this very eerie (but beautifully worded) story, you've built in so much personal drama as well. Not just the romantic aspect, but within Buffy's family as well. Great chapter.
Author's Response: thanx so much for the comments filmtheory. i couldn't just put in the romantic aspect by itself. otherwise, the fic would of gotten too boring too quickly. i had to add some shocking twists and turns as well. i appreciate the comments so very much and im glad you took the time to read the fic as well. i already have the first chappies to the sequel already posted and i have to say i think the sequel would be a bit better than this fic i wrote. if you have the time, i hope you will check out the sequel anytime. Poor Buffy,my heart breaks for here. Loosing the two people she loved the most and having to kill one of them. Great ending though! I can't wait for the sequel!

You are one of the best and i did a dedication for you because of all of your constant support that i won't forget!! But i read the other review, i know some people will kill me because i had Angel killed but i warned some readers that the end wasn't gonna be a happy ending at all. but i will say this, don't expect that Angel will be gone from Buffy's life forever and eve just because he was killed at the end because i really do love adding him to the fic because of his hotness!! i don't want to give anything away for the sequel but expect his reappearance during the sequel. Hopefully, though you read the summary for the sequel because im not done with Angel yet!! He will be back although in entirely different circumstances he he..... |

I just can't even imagine how she must feel ... well, yes, actually I do because you've done such a marvelous job at conveying her every emotion. That song was an excellent choice, by the way - so perfect for the moment, and it definitely enhanced the entire chapter and Buffy's angst. Again, fabulous!! WOW!! Where do I even begin??? That was amazing! I would've never seen that coming about her mother! So well done!! And so intense - what a great chapter. I don't want to give anything away by talking about the chapter in the review, but I'm so sad now :( That truly was a heart wrenching chapter - so emotional and so well written. Poor Buffy!! My heart really goes out to her ... I just - wow - I can't believe it. Please, please, please update soon!!!

All the emotions you're feeling right now are the reasons why i saved the biggest revelation for the end of the fic instead of the beginning because its something alot of the readers wouldn't expect to begin with.
