Oh, and I totally agree with how great the fanfic is - its wonderful to take these characters where the show never could and to see what other people do with the characters!

Since I don't think we can really author respond to round robin stories, I just want to let you know, in response to your review, I'm not downing Jimmy Smits in anyway - huge fan of NYPD here for many years. Just a point that he's once more relegated to television. He figured he could make it big, and kudos to him for trying, but it didn't work. It's merely my point that big tv stars find that making the transition to the big screen is pretty difficult. Thanks for the review on my crazy rant there - I totally appreciate your perspective.
