Sounds like the Gem of Amarra. And, for my pride's sake, I thought that before going clicking on the Review link. But anyway, I really loved this chapter. I like where you're going with the darkness in Buffy's past, because it's true that being the Slayer, and being alone, for years would definitely change her.
