Love the update - I liked how Angel and Spike ran into each other and got the "funny vibe" thing. And Spike is just so amusing "I earned my D" - that was cute :) Again, I really love how you're taking your time to set everything up. I know it must be difficult with so many characters to work with, but you're doing a really great job at juggling everyone and moving the plot along. I'm really looking forward to reading more, so I hope you can update soon!
Author's Response: Thank you so much. Its good to know I'm doing a decent job. I thought it might get boring since I'm just doing regular stuff like school and everything. It's coming along kind of slow I know but like you said I'm taking my time, developing the characters and stuff like that. I'm going crazy with the slowness because I have pretty much everything else in the whole story planned out already I just have to get the slower stuff out of the way first. The whole having them meet thing is def fun too don't get me wrong but I'm getting very excited about writing more about the big baddies of the story. I even have an idea for a sequale to this story already lol. Anyway enough of my ranting. As always thank you so much for your support it means more then you'll ever know. |

Again, fantastic update. You're setting up everything really well, and I can't wait for the next update. I can't wait for everything to fall into place as they all realize that the other new families are here for the same reason. Again, great update, I really love this story so far. Author's Response: Thanks! I'm glad to hear your enjoying it. It's a little difficult dealing with 20 different characters but I always enjoy a challenge. I'm going to Vermont to visit a friend this weekend but I hope to be updating when I get back on Sunday. Thanks again for reviewing. |

YES - YES - YES - they finally met!!! At least Angel and Buffy anyway :) Fabulous update, and I loved the opening of the chapter - definitely sets up the mystery, the suspense ... I can't wait to find out what the deal is with those guys! And hmm, never realized the dude from Prison Break was Gage. And its weird, now that you say it, I can't imagine why I didn't notice it before ... Anyway, you don't have to write a lot of description to make a fantastic story. Let's put it this way, when I read a novel, the author tells you what people look like. Since I read a lot of period pieces (particularly regency romance) you get descriptions like "aristocratic nose" ... and thats supposed to mean what??? Point is, you end up conjuring your own image of a written character with or without description based on their actions and dialogue. So anyway, I'm just letting you know that you have a wonderful story no matter what. I love it, and I hope you can update soon!
Author's Response: Thank you so much as always. I just put the actors to the characters because I figured it would help others get a picture (even though like you said most just conjure one up themselves) but also I did it for myself. I find it easier to write for characters when I have a face for them. I picked those five boys because I think they just scream 'hot bad guy' and thats exactly what I was looking for. Anyway thanks again so much for always reading and reviewing. I can't put into words how much it means to me. You have been the one constent person who has read and reviewed pretty much all of my work and I promise when I have more time I will def return the favor. I keep seeing that you posted new stuff but I don't want to starting reading it if I wont have time to finish so I keep putting it off but as soon as I get some free time it's Phantom catch up for me. Anyway enough of my rambling. Point is, thanks so very much and I hope you continue to enjoy this story. |

Author's Response: Thanks I'm so glad your liking it. I was thinking about having them meet when looking for the gem of Amara but I wanted it to be in school so thats why I didn't. I have been soooo busy lately though. I keep trying update but I never have time. I've even noticed that you've put up like 3 or 4 more chapters of Phantom that I havn't got to read yet and I hate that cuz its such a good story and I can't wait to catch up on it. Anyway enough with the bitching. Thanks for all of your reviews and I will try to update as soon as I can. |

Again, love the story so far. This was a fantastic update, and I agree with Peaches Girl. The concept of two rings of Amara is great ... possibly even the grounds for a meeting between the first two groups??? Can't wait to find out - update soon!

I really like this. I cant wait to see how you bring them all together. The thing with two rings was genius. Great work. Oh, and I checked out your round robin, cant wait to see your match making.
Author's Response: Thanks I'm so glad your liking it. I was a little worried that the two rings thing wouldn't fly but I'm glad you liked it. I canged it a little too. In the show the gem of Amara also made vampires unable to be harmed...but that would just be too easy so my gems only protect against the sun. Thanks for checking my roundrobin you sould make a guess. No one has actually contributed yet so I guess it wasn't really as good of an idea as I thought. Thanks for checking it out though and as always thank you so much for reveiwing |

I love the set up. The story you’re about to run reminds me of Stephen King’s The Stand; several different groups coming together to fight a great evil. I also love the relationships you created between the characters. The back story was extremely interesting. I’m very excited to see where the story will go.

I like what you are doing. And your fight scenes are great. I have a hard time with them for some reason, better with the talking not the punching I guess. Anyway great job.
Author's Response: Thanks. I was a little worried when it came to the fight scenes. This is my first fic where I actually have detailed fight scenes so I wasn't sure how I would do. I'd definitely read this if you wrote it. The concept of having the four separate groups and then bringing them all together to fight a big bad sounds really, really interesting, and I'd love to see where you take this and how all their backgrounds effect their interactions with one another. Please continue with the story :)
