Awww...I'm so sad to see this story end. you did such a amazing job and the ending was beautiful. I even cried at the end,I really loved it. Great job!!

I will be the first to read whatever book you publish. Ill read anything with vampires.(right now im trying to pry "the Historian" away from my dad.) But, hey, rawk on, and keep writeing.

Finishing seems to be my problem too *sigh* I've been working on my original for over a year now. It was nearly finished, then I went through major rewrite mode. best ending EVER!!! and i like the little tease you gave at the beginning...it reminded me of the one on the show where cordelia fell onto the rebar thingy and then they cut to the funeral but it wasn't for her.....and i'm now rambling....i

Angels Shadow, you have written such a very beautiful ending to a very beautiful fic you have written. it is so wonderfully done!! You have done so well and so awesome on this and i totally love love love the ending!!! What a wonderful way to end the fic on such a high note. Since this fic is done, then i might as well read The Island fic which is really turning out to be very very interesting indeed. Angels Shadow, i'm sooooo damn happy that you updated this late but what the mother trucker was all that at the end where Angel....well....you know.... i don't wanna say it here. You can't just leave it like that you big tease!!!! lol!!! It can't be like that!!!! Please don't let anything happen to Angel!!! Reading this chappie made me realise how more of a bastard monster Riley was truly was. Good riddence!!! i'm soo glad that bastard is now gone he deserved what was coming to him. yay!!!! You are cruel! How could you leave us wondering if Angel died or not!Arg! I'm glad Alexander didn't die and that Riley finally met his end. I was surprised that Cordelia killed him and not Angel. Anyways, fantastic chapter, but please please please update soon!
Author's Response: I know, I'm sorry ... I try not to be cruel, but sometimes, well, it just happens unfortunately :) To be honest, I was kinda surprised by my decision too. But there was something that told me Angel wouldn't kill the vicomte in front of Buffy - like he wouldn't want her to see him resort to what Riley had done, which was murder. Well, and plus if he had killed Riley, it wouldn't have left it open for the cliffhanger at the end. I plan on having an update within the next day or two. It'll most likely be the final chapter. Thank you again a million times over ... I really, truly appreciate more than I can say!! |

AMAZING! Before I came home for Thanksgiving break I printed out the past couple chapters I've been missing and so far this is the chapter I'm up to. I've got to go eat dinner and then I'm going to finish them. Excellent job as usual. Keep up the good work I really love this story. Author's Response: Hmm, I thought I sent an email ... maybe it didn't go through, or maybe I'm just losing my mind. Holidays - lots of family time ... yeah, its possible. To be honest, I didn't see Riley doing it either, but I usually don't write with a plan (which is probably why I end up with writer's block), and I couldn't see wrapping everything up in a neat little package where the good guys ultimately triumph. There has to be some loss, in my opinion, or it wouldn't be entirely realistic. And well, I hope to give him what he deserves, but I haven't gotten that far yet. I'm struggling a little with the next chapter, but I figure to have something up in a few days. Thanks so much again for all the great reviews. I really, really appreciate it!! |
