I again say I love your vision. This is such a good love story. And I always like a good R. bashing. Keep up the good work. I hope you develope the Will/Xander relationship. I aways thought they would have made a great couple.

Good story. When I first read the summery it sounded a little weird but I just loved the last story of yours that I read so I gave this one a shot and its really good. It makes me feel kind of bad for Riley though (the character in the show not the one you have here), I always thought Buffy and Angel were ment to be together but Riley wasn't really all that bad. I always just felt bad for him because Buffy could never love him like he loved her. Anyway sorry to ramble, great story. I can't wait to see what happens next.
Author's Response: Thank you so much for taking a chance on this and reading it - I know the summary makes it seem kinda out there, but this is just my take on Phantom of the Opera with a Buffy ensemble. My other two stories on this site aren't so much with the emotional angst, so I figured I could use this one as a chance to get really emotional as well as descriptive. Also, I'm using this one as my story line that is based mostly on the romance. As for Riley, I suppose I should clarify. I probably wouldn't have hated his character if it weren't for his relationship with Buffy. That totally turned me off of his character because he and Buffy just didn't fit, and his insecurity issues about her being stronger got old after awhile. Plus, I just never felt Buffy's love for him - it always seemed forced. That is only my opinion, of course, and I value your input. Thank you so much again for reading and I sincerely hope you keep reading :) |

I love writing him as the idiot in the story, and I wasn't able to put him into my other two stories, so I figured this would be a good time for some Riley bashing (sorry to anyone who likes Riley - personally I couldn't really stomach the guy) Thanks again, hope you keep reading! |

I'm a huge fan of the music - I only just recently saw the movie, and, unfortunately, I've never seen the musical live :( Anyway, I always felt really sorry for the Phantom, so I wanted a rewrite where the Phantom wasn't as disturbingly obsessed with Christine (aka Buffy) and where he'd get the girl instead of Raoul (aka Riley). All i gotta say is this. this fic is so sad it makes me feel so sorry for Angel with all those jerk offs making fun of his face and terrified of him. Shame on them lol!! but im glad at least Jenny tried to be so nice to him. it makes me feel so bad for him and brings up the emotions for him just reading this. But other than that i really love how the beginning of the story is heading and i will add this to my faves. you're doing really great on this so i hope you can update ASAP!! Great job!!
