Awesome story. Some spell checking would have benefitted it, but over all a smooth and shocking story. It captured the mood well.
Author's Response: Yeah, sorry about the spelling. It was one of my early stories, and I was teaching myself to write. I think I'm much better now. (Not prefect, but better) Also a lot of my early work was very Horror based. (And less popular. I'm not sorry, but it seems people like toned down) Thanks. |

Okay, I need to say something else about this, I read it again, really slow, and my god I love this, I have one question, why didn't Joyce want to come back ? I mean, she was their mother who loved them, or couldn't she come back or something ? Anyway, it's very good as I said before, I just had to ask these questions.
Author's Response: Man, you were busy today. Thanks for reading. And it's a good question. But keep somethings in mind. 1, This was a Demon, and might not have been telling the truth. 2,if it was telling the truth, remember Joyce is in heaven(as far as we know) And she's a peace, and knows her childern will be with her, one day. It's like when they bought Buffy back. She didn't want to be back. Not because she didn't love her friends, but because after seeing heaven, she couldn't deal with the pain of this world. Hope that cleared everything up, and Thanks. |

Author's Response: DB, is that good, or bad? Anyway, thats for the review, I can't really take all the credit, because I used Boddy, as inspration (come to think of it, I've never had an oridginal idea in my life) but I do think this works better, because the message is really driven home, plus the overtones of child abuse, with a kind parent changing after a tramadic event (or maybe I'm just a pretentious jerk). Thanks again. |

Author's Response: Thanks for the kind words, but I'm not sure how I'd continue. I mean Joyce is dead, and everything pretty much continues like season 5 from here on out. It was just suposed to be a one shot deal. but if enough people wanted it, who know. |

Interesting idea. It would certainly have given the viewers more trepidations concerning Buffy's resurrection at the beginning of season 6. Good work!
Author's Response: Glad you liked it. I'm really not big on what if storys, but that episode just bugged, the hell out of me. I mean how did we know that Joyce wasn't fine? if she was, then did Dawn comit murder? It was just to vauge. Josh, I'm sorry, your a geinus, and all, but this is how it should have happened.
