I am lovin, lovin, lovin this story! Great songs: Dead Man's Party - perfect, and Mandy. This is great, Kevin. My favorite chapter so far.

Okay, now I'm really curious as to what is going on with Angel and Gunn. Connor and Eve's interaction is interesting but totally wigging me out. Thank goodness she's evil, or kind of evil, or just not entirely good because otherwise it would be far too disturbing. Connor's reactions to Fred are great. Makes perfect sense to me. Screw Sirk (nice quick reminder of who he is), how dare he shoot Wesley!!!! Other nice touches--Official Eve. Gunn's party day come back. Lorne's comment on Connor's drinking (totally in character). Lorne's comment on Connor's reaction to Fred. Connor's suspicion / realization about Angel when he sees the song he's gonna sing. I sincerely hope that Lorne knows what's up with Connor now that he's heard him sing.
Author's Response: Thanks for teh review. It's so cool that you're pickin gu pon alot of the little clues I'm dropping about certain things. It's also nice to know that the jokes are falling well. I always worry about writing humor. It's a weird thing that someitmes doens't translate over writing. The bad news is Eve and COnnor will get more and more wiggy. |

Wesly dies again, he just can get a break. Great story over all, I am disaponted that Spike's not in it though (He was the only thing that made the real season 5 watchable) but I'll live with it. By the way I hope Gwen, will be more than just mentioned in future chapters.
Author's Response: Wesley's been shot, but he's not dead. I'm glad you like the story. I'm really enjoying writing it, so I'm happy it's catching on with at leats a handful of people. Gwen will be in at least one future episode. I don't want to retread ground the show covered, so I'll probably not bring Spike back. I know this borders on heresy, but I think both shows took a creative hit when they spent a lot of time on Spike. Then again, I'm in the minority on that, which is probably why only about a dozen people are reading my story- LOL. Glad you like it. Hope you keep reading. |
