This story is so unbelievably adorable. I'm a BA fan, but still. This is just so cute. I love Willow and Tara, so anything about the two of them is wonderful. And I love the Buffy/Joy banter. But I have a question: How AU is this? Spike seems to be human, so is Buffy not the Slayer? Maybe I made it up, but I thought she or Joy mentioned slaying....
Author's Response: This is completely AU, there is no slayer, vampires, blah, blah, blah. You did read a inside reference, "Some people are monsters, and sometimes there isn’t a slayer for them.” You'd be surprised how many people didn't even catch that.
But, I love that you love the Joy/Buffy relationship. This whole is basically my way of giving Buffy what she always wanted, a normal life, and yuppers, even a kid. |
