I don't know if I need to go and read "Hart of LA" for backstory. But this story is awesome! I like the Dawn/Connor pairing mostly because they're both a bit more mature here than they were on the show (not that I didn't like them immature, too. But 2 immature people in a couple is 1 too many). I liked the way you had the interactions- very natural and realistic. I really, really hope there's more coming.
