Reviews for Running on Faith, Season Two

Another great chapter. The Spike.Richard interaction was a highlight, particularly when they remember how the Scoobies killed them both. But the shift of the episode moves to Dawn. She's shown as a really insecure character, living in the shadows of her powerful sister and Connor's precious Cordy. Now that's she's pregnant, which came as a shock, she'll have to grow up and face more responsibilities than the battlefield has ever given her. I wonder if Connor will listen more carefully to the whole Condors and Bees thing ;)

Author's Response: Thakns! I thought I should explore some of the Spike/ Richard common ground. A lot of Dawn's recersion to bratty/ jealous has to do with pregnancy hormones. But yes, it's responsibilities aplenty ocming up for Dawn. And Connor. Assuming he survives in Brazil. Also, there will be a follow up to the condors and the bees.

Damn, poor Dawn's pregnant, Connor's going of to probably die OK I know from early in the story, that he can't die but still) Lorens running again,Buffy, Willow, and everybody else is porbably dead, It's the feel good story of the year. But seriously it a good (If a little depressing) stroy keep it up.

Author's Response: Yep, poor Dawn. Whether or not Connor dies, I can’t say just yet. But he will be gone for a little while. The fates of Buffy, Willow, and the others will be known before we know what happens to Connor. Sorry the story’s depressing. I promise to make it all happy by the end. Maybe.

You..... Providing shockage! Yea! The chapter was great as always--and I'm glad that Connor got some kind of closure regarding Cordelia. And it left me feeling much more sympathy towards Lorne. He always does get the crap jobs. But you wrote it all well, and I liked the dialogue. Internal bits were good too--especially the part with Lorne.

Author's Response: I'm glad the sympathy for Lorne is there. He's kind of connivking I'm glad the sympathy for Lorne is there. He's kind of conniving, and I was afraid that would turn people off. Connor/ Cordy closure was a long time coming. But I’ve tried to show throughout the story that DamagedConnor was better equipped to let Cordy go because he’s used to rejection. Glad you liked the shockage. Thanks for reading and thanks for reviewing.
