I have three all time favorite shows, and two of them are West Wing and Buffy. Thanks so much for the crossover! An VERY funny little stand-alone in your ongoing saga. There were so many good lines and excellent continuity in this that I don't even know where to begin...so I won't (but the whole Oxnard thing - brilliant!).
Author's Response: Glad to hear a West Wing fan liked it! I had a lot of fun writing it and almost didn't post it because I usually like my fanfic crossover free.
Ahh... Oxnard... We'll never really know what happened there will we? |

I loved this episode. Politcians that are really deamons... explains a lot.
Author's Response: Doesn't it? Just seems to be a natural combination.. |

Okay, first of all? "The senator's a monster?" "But he's a democrat!" Probably one of the funniest things I've read in a long time.
Actually, this whole "episode" was one of the funniest things I've read in a long time, from Jordy and Maya "beating up" Josh, to the essay topics, to Toby and Jordy....
Small nitpick: The invisible girl from Sunnydale was Marcy Ross.
I've already voted, but I might just have to go vote for this series again over at the White Knight awards.
Author's Response: Damn it! I knew that! Marcy! @#$%&! Thanks for the catch. I just fixed it.
Thanks for the review! The fact that the person who wrote "Hiccups" and "The V-Word" thought my stuff was funny is high praise indeed! |

Ah, nice to see Amy again. Too bad, I had hoped she had joined the side of good by now. Oh well... good job! I like how useful you made Maya, even though she was injured. It almost reminded me of Wesley in Angel, loading is shotgun while still in a wheelchair to fend off attacking demons...
anyway, keep it up!
Author's Response: Glad you liked it! Yeah... After Amy did that whole Warren/Willow hex in the final season, I decided she really wasn't trying hard to reform her black magic ways... She's a sucker for power imho. Thanks for reading! More to come! |

One of the great aspects of your stories is the way you revisit even the smallest of incidents from both series and make them significant. And thanks for bringing back Spike! He's fun to write, isn't he? I'll keep checking back for more!
Author's Response: Glad you liked it! It's a lot of fun picking through the BTVS and ATS scripts looking for little stories to pick up and run with.
Glad to hear you like Spike. He is a lot of fun to write, especially when he's being all snarky. |

Ah, now this story has a Cordelia-type charactre hanging around. Good!
I always wondered what happened to that lady's child in the second season opener of Angel, it's cool that you're taking from that.
Can't wait to see how this turns out!
Author's Response: Thanks for reading and reviewing! Glad you liked Audrey as well as the whole reference to the "Judgment" episode from Angel. If you guys keep reading, I'll keep writing... |

I really like this story. You do a really great job at writing each character.I like the part where you have Audrey tell Liv that Brad said thank you. It shows that he really did ''see'' her at the dance. Keep the updates coming, I can't wait to read more.
Author's Response: Glad you liked it! Wasn't sure if the whole Brad thing was too cheezy or not, so I'm glad to hear you liked it. More will be forthcoming! |

Wow, cheerleaders don't have very long lifespans in these stories, do they? Hahaha, no matter, great work!
Author's Response: Just posted the next episode. Hopefully the new head cheerleader will have some staying power... |

Little like "When She Was Bad", wasn't it? Just commenting..... But I liked it overall. I liked your inclusion of Chao-Ahn, and Maya's "torture" of her over the summer; the little that we saw. Finding it difficult to believe that Drusilla didn't make it out, but that's just because she's had so many close calls before. 'M SO HAPPY you're starting another season.... And it was great.
Author's Response: When she was bad was definitely my inspiration for writing this. I was trying to put a different spin on it with Liv feeling mostly guilt about what happened to Xander while Buffy's was cause by fear more or less.
Drusilla? Didn't make it out? Did I say that? Nah... Had to give her the typical "did she or didn't she" exit you see in most monster movies. She'll come round again sometime. Maybe just not this season. Thanks for reading and the review! |
