Jordy's little mini-series is already finished, but I have to wait to finish the episode I'm working on now before I can post all of them.

Me? Sigh? What are you implying? And I'll have you know there was no immature giggling during the whole 'biting' incident. None whatsoever. *cough* At one point I got worried: was reading the stage directions and mistook them for dialogue - as scary as his wolf nature might be, nothing beats the horror of someone talking about themselves in the third person. I liked Pongo - though for a while there I thought he was going to do a 'Chucky'. And..yay! Oz! One of these days I need to get around to reading the Vegas spin-off.
Author's Response: I not implying anything Miss "Back, burgeoning Jordy crush! BACK, I say!" :) LOL!
Yes Oz will be popping in here and there in Jordy's little saga which I promise will be posted soon.
Sadly Oz's spin-off series never seems to pop up on my muse's radar. One of these days I'll have to devote some time to it. |

What made you thing we didn't like Pongo? I thought he was a great concept! Sad now.
Interested to find out about Jordy's upcoming journey with Oz, who will be the next to (temporarily) split from the group, and how you will get them all back together again.

Author's Response: Let's just say I got a few e-mails from a couple of readers who thought Pongo was either "too weird for words" or just plain annoying. Ah well... It's good to hear that Pongo was liked. |

having thumbs." Best. Line. Ever. Great episode, I was almost crying at the end. Back, burgeoning Jordy crush! BACK, I say! I was hoping you'd explore his wolfishness a little more, so I'm excited to see where you go with it. Great work (as usual).
Author's Response: Thank you! I'm glad you liked the 'episode'. Jordy's wolfishness will be just the beginning of problems for Xander and the odd squad. However I will promise that after two somewhat "dark" (at least for me) episodes, the next one will be a bit on the lighter side. |

*shuffles feet* There might be a perfectly good reason for this - but speaking as an occasionally foul-mouthed English person it's "bollocks" not "bullocks". Sorry to be nit picky.
Author's Response: Perhaps Spike was making a reference to a castrated bull. It behaves less agressively than an entire bull. Also known as a steer.
Or.... Perhaps I shouldn't trust my spell checker....
Or just maybe it has something to do with my lack of familiarity with british slang and curse words in general..

Great episode,really sad though. I'm curious to find out whats going on with Jordy. Can't wait for the next episode.
Author's Response: It's going to be a tough "season" for Xander and the Odd Squad and if I do it right... pretty dark too.
Jordy's "issues" are going to carry over into the next couple of episodes and will hopefully involve another well known character here at SFA.
Okay... That's all the spoilers I'm giving. It makes me happy that you found it sad because that's what I was shooting for! Thank you so much for continuing to read and review. I really appreciate it! |

I'm enjoying the West Wing references :) Loved the subtle emotion - Brad saying thanks to Liv, without it becoming maudlin. The otter conversation had me laughing out loud. Hm...Pongo...There's something a little off about that puppet.
