You have such great humor! I could have picked a hundred different lines from this *and the previous two chapters*! You have a wonderful writing technique. Very well written, and I am excited about reading the next chapter. *But that will unfortuantly have to wait until it's not 3:09 in the morning and I have to get up in three hours!* Keep it up!

Author's Response: Thanks! I'm always most pleased to hear my characters aren't crazy-whacked or unfaithful to the Buffyverse. Of course I have the artistic licence to work with them a little considering it's AU now for a while, but I'm glad there was head-nailing. (Perhaps head-nailing with railroad spikes?) |

About freakin' time you posted something! Jeez O' Pete! Who said you could take time off? Any more long breaks like this and I'll be forced to grumble.
Author's Response: Taking time off is what I call days when all I do is write. The other 25 hrs/ day, 8 days/ week... I'm middle management. I'll give you three guesses at who I am and what I do (but you'll never guess right), and the only hint you get is buried somewhere in one of Whistler's speeches I wrote. As for the plot development, this is truly the first time Wilson's been used for his real purpose (luckily it was supervised), and sadly, you're right: no crayon breaky gal talk. You'll have to settle for the one in "The Replacement." In the AU created here, there's no flayed Warren, just strangled Warren. How and why? It's all a tangled (yet orderly) web of paradox and temporary, temporal causality. Confused? Well, I'll try to post more often and prevent any grumbling on that account at least! |

Author's Response: The more intricate the better, but subtlety is my goal: I'm obviously trying to convince you that Loki had been around for the entire BTVS series, but always hiding, always in the shadows, and only in my devoted fic Walking in Fear did he actually show his face to the Slayer. Always to good to see Oz running around again. Also love Loki referring to the sphere as Wilson. Is Loki now going to lose thirty pounds, rip out his own teeth and eventually deliver a FedEx package?
Now I know that Loki is a bit off his rocker... but I can't help but love the guy. Now I know how the last story ended, but I can't help wishing that this guy has some kind of happy ending. Looking forward to more. Post again soon.
Author's Response: Well, I don't know about FedEx, but Loki will soon be having some difficulty keeping his 'package' in line. Just wait and see how much you love him... and how far you'd trust someone that far off his rocker. But then... is he? |
