If you paid online and a full 3 days have not yet passed, hang tight for just a bit longer. If it has been 4 days or more, think back: Did you A) include a note (in the notes/optional instructions field) with your payment specifying your desired domain name and username, and/or otherwise indicating what the payment was for; AND B) fill in and submit the account setup form? If not, your account setup could be delayed (or could have been mistaken for a regular donation). Either way, if it has been 4 days or more, fill in and submit the account setup form. In the "additional comments" field, state that you're checking up on your account setup, and tell us how long you've been waiting.

If you mailed your payment and a full 10 business days (about 2 weeks) have not yet passed, hang tight for just a bit longer. While mail may get to me in as little as 4 days, it does often take up to 10 business days. (It can occasionally take longer, but not very often.) Plus, it may take up to 3 days after payment receipt to set up your account. Also, think back: Did you A) include a note with your payment specifying your email address/desired domain name/username, and/or otherwise indicating what the payment was for; AND B) fill in and submit the account setup form? If not, your account setup could be delayed (or could have been mistaken for a regular donation). If it's been 2 weeks or more, or if you forgot to do these things, fill in and submit the account setup form. In the "additional comments" field, state that you're checking up on your account setup, tell us how long you've been waiting, and provide any details you can that could help us match you to your payment, in case there's some confusion.
