Note About Buying From Amazon.com (or Amazon.co.uk or Amazon.ca) — Amazon's affiliate program generally pays a 5% commission, but pays a substantially higher commission (15%) on books purchased directly from a link on our site. This is achieved one of two ways: 1) Many items listed on this site have an orange "Buy from Amazon.com" button (as seen here). Clicking this button adds the item to your shopping cart, and will earn the higher commission when the item ships to you. 2) If you click a book title link on our site (such as, say, The Watcher's Guide) and immediately click the "Add to Shopping Cart" button on the resulting Amazon.com page, we will receive a higher commission when the item ships to you. For us to get this higher commission, you must click the "Add to Shopping Cart" button before clicking any link to any other Amazon page (they don't exactly make it easy to get the higher commission).
