From mhs82: I've got major Buffy withdrawal! When does it come back? And
give us another clue on who's dying!
I believe--even though it sounds inhumane--it's April 30. Here's another
clue: One Scooby is shot fatally . Another critically. And a third is
out for blood.

From ginamae: What's coming up on Buffy? Will we see more of the geeks?
Yes. Warren and his geekbuds end up behind bars on May 7, but the truly
eeeeeeeeville Warren manages to break out, and he leaves the other nerdlbergs
behind. In the following episode, we see that Warren is far more dangerous
than he seems--especially now that he's sans sidekicks. The Scooby Death
is his doing.
From reed: No new Buffy April 23! Why the wait? Is it also getting the
ax?
No. The show will last at least until the end of next season. UPN is simply
stockpiling all the new episodes for May sweeps...and it just might be
the end of me.
From sausalito: Do you think they're going to kill off Anya? Say it ain't
so!? She's cool and hysterical!
From what I hear, you've nothing to fear.

Drive by to clear up confusion...
Anya is frozen in a "can't move but not encased in ice" kind
of way. Willow barges into the shop, heads for the "dark" books
and Anya protests. In reaction, Will says, "Stop" and Anya suddenly
can't move. It's temporary and not a deadly kind of thing... just keeps
Anya out of Willow's way. It does last quite a while though as she's "frozen"
early on in the episode and it doesn't wear off until very late in the
episode. Xander and Buffy arrive at the shop in time for the effects to
begin wearing off on Anya.
And still, as far as *I* know, there is no wish granting in 19. I don't
know what Warren and the guys try to do that gets Andrew and Jonathan
arrested. It *is* possible that Warren does wish for money or wealth of
some sort as he does have an abundancy of it in ep 20. I assumed that
was from whatever he did with the guys (as dialogue seems to hint that...but
rumblings about ep 19 seem to counter my speculation) but it is possible
he gets that money and whatever else from a wish. I don't see *how* he'd
get that wish granted from a vengeance demon, but maybe? I don't know...
If the "super power" stuff is all true, then it's also just
as possible that the guys steal the money or whatever. There's lots of
possiblities, we'll just have to wait and see which one works out.
Finally... Warren isn't in the house when he shoots at Buffy. He and Buffy
and Xander are all in the backyard of her house when it happens.

Anya goes vengeance demon. A Scooby dies. Willow emerges as the big bad.
Yeah, yeah, its old news, you heard all of it here last summer -
but readers still crave confirmation of the details.
On Tuesday, TV Guide posts its synopsis for "Buffy the Vampire Slayers"
next new episode, "Entropy," the first of the the sixth seasons
final five hours.
Do you want to wait till Tuesday? We dont want to wait for Tuesday.
Heres a brief rundown of how the rest of the season shakes out:
6.18 "Entropy."
Teleplay by Drew Greenberg ("Smashed," "Older and Far Away").
(Airs April 30.) Its an Anya-centric affair as the spurned Magic
Box proprietress returns to vengeance demon mode and sets about evening
the score with Xander. She gets her vengeance in an unexpected way: by
impulsively bedding fellow spurnee Spike as the Nerds of Doom watch!
Buffy and Xander find out. Willow and Tara return to full coupledom. Buffy
tells Dawn that Spike has been more than just a friend.
6.19 "Seeing Red."
Teleplay by Steve DeKnight ("All the Way," "Dead Things").
(Airs May 7.) At episodes end, Warren accidentially shoots one of
the Scoobies to death. Jonathan and Andrew find themselves tossed in stir.
6.20 "Villains."
Teleplay by Marti Noxon ("Bargaining, Part I," "Wrecked").
(Airs May 14.) Willow, enraged by the Big Scooby Death (BSD), heads for
the Magic Box, puts Anya in stasis and returns to the darkest magicks
(turning Willows eyes and hair black) before she goes on the hunt
for Warren. Buffy, who died last year, also takes a bullet, but Willow
is now able to make the slug go away. A Warren-bot decoy fails to keep
Willow from tormenting the real Warren (with Katrinas corpse, among
other things) and killing him. Meanwhile, Spike arrives in sunny Africa
to get his behavior-modifying brain-chip neutralized or die trying.
6.21 "Two to Go." 6.22 "Grave."
Teleplays by Doug Petrie ("Flooded," "As Your Were")
and David Fury ("Life Serial," "Gone"), respectively.
(Both air May 21.) Willow takes off after Warrens fellow Nerds of
Doom. Giles returns, Buffy employs some very tough love, and young Ms.
Rosenberg comes to her senses a little too late.

I talked to a guy who has some information on the season finale. I don't
personally know the guy so I can't vouch for him or his spoilers, but
he sounded credible to me, for what that's worth. All I can say is that
he does have a legitimate way of knowing what he told me and what he said
sounds plausible.
First of all he says Giles is in the finale. In his words..
Giles comes back to kick Bad Willow's ass (he teleports by magic powers)....Willow
kicks his ass and takes his power..raises a satanic temple and tries to
conjure a demoness
______ stops Willow (its not Buffy).....Dawn gets slayage action [he inserted
the blank there--we already know this is Xander]
Tara dies
Buffy and Dawn see the 2 geeks off in a van.
Willow is talked down by Xander, and is consoled by him. He described
this scene as touching. One line he mentioned from the script, from Willow,
is that her reason for destroying the world is so she doesn't have to
deal with pain.
I asked what happened to Giles, and he said:
he's in the pit with Buffy, Dawn, and Anya[I'm assuming this is the jagged
hole from the shooting location report]
I asked what the purpose of the pit was, and he said it was a fireball
Willow sent to kill them or at least stop them.
I asked if Buffy was able to forgive Willow for doing this and he said
it was unresolved.
The final scene is an overview shot of Buffy and Dawn looking out at the
horizon. Quoting from the script...
"Buffy and Dawn are on their feet now, brushing themselves off"
she looks around...."she's looking at a vista of rolling hills and
greenery under a beautiful, perfect spring sky" they walk away from
the cemetery and toward this beautiful world"
He had no Spike news, but his information was limited.

Hello was asking my Boss who just got back from LA meetings who just left
my
office what he thinks of Buffy after next year.
That with the fact that MN is signed to 3 years he said he thinks Buffy
will
go at least thru 8 Seasons if they can keep SMG and the primary cast.
He said there has been no talk of a Dawn spinoff and doubts there will
be.
They sent out a random survey to households this year and she is the least
liked character?
Take that for what it is worth.

kcking his and then takig his power making her super willow...
and bascially in the season finale willow is bent on destoryign eveythign
so
she doens't ahve to feel pain...so she raises a satanic temple and tries
to
conjure up a demonness who is gonna kill all...and there is an intrestign
twist that doesn't directly involve buffy...she's in a pit fighting earth
monsters.

drlloyd has asked me to post some more new information.
The information is directly from script sides that drlloyd has physically
seen, for episode 22.
Willow sends monsters to fight Buffy and Dawn to keep them occupied.
Xander goes to where Willow is trying to end the world and tries to keep
her
busy while Giles and Anya drain her powers.
Xander gives Willow a big speech, but there is no mention of Tara.
Giles and Anya successfully drain Willow's powers - if they hadn't have
done,
she would have been successful.
After Willow's power is drained, her hair changes back to red (sfx shot)
drlloyd asked me to state that this is "a complete betrayal of us",
and I am
sure that we all wish it were fake or false, but it really does not appear
to
be the case.
Also, I talked to dr. lloyd. She says the ending scene with B/D I posted
is
in there, just out of sequence, but just as she told me originally, the
finale ends with Spike in the cave in Africa.

Willow responds telepathically when Buffy questions her actions (Like
in "The
Gift" and "Bargaining Part 1") saying that "It's the
only way to stop the
pain. I can't take it anymore"
Willow sends monsters to fight Buffy and keep her busy.
Xander confronts Willow and tells that she is still his best friend no
matter
what. He acknowledges that he can't stop her doing what she is doing,
but he
loves her unconditionally, and if he is going to die, then there is nowhere
else he would rather be than with her.
Willow freaks out at Xander's words and slashes at him (The reported scene
with Xander flying back and his shirt getting cut up etc.).
Xander: "First day of Kindergarten you cried 'cause you broke the
yellow
crayon and you were too afraid to tell anyone. You've come pretty far
ending
the world. Not a terrific notion, but the thing is yeah, I love you. I
loved
crayon breaky Willow and I love scary veiny Willow. So if I'm going out.
it's
here. You wanna kill the world you start with me. I've earned that."
Willow freaks out at Xander, yelling at him to "shut up!" but
Xander keeps
telling her that he loves her.
Giles is doing *something* magically (not sure exactly what) and Willow
begins to run out of power.
Xander moves closer enough to Willow that she can hit him with her fist,
and
she keeps sobbing.
Scene 25: Willow's hair morphing back to its red colour, and Xander holding
a
crying Willow, telling her that he loves her.
Scene 28: Buffy has an epiphany.
Scene 29: "Xander kneeling next to Willow now, holding her as she
cries"
Scene 30: Anya and Giles coming out of the wreckage that is the Magic
Box.
Scene A31: Jonathan and Andrew leaving town.
Scene A32: "Buffy and Dawn are on their feet now, brushing themselves
off"
she looks around...."she's looking at a vista of rolling hills and
greenery
under a beautiful, perfect spring sky" they walk away from the cemetery
and
toward this beautiful world" Buffy and Dawn coming out of the cemetery.
into
a "vista of rolling hills and greenery under a beautiful, perfect
spring sky"
It's barf-worthy
Scene 32: INT. AFRICAN CAVE

And hey, here's a bonus spoiler from me to you: With all of the tragedy
and
pain in the final episodes of the season, Buffy realizes she really cares
again about whether she dies and her friends die. That's where the renewed
optimism comes from in the supposed finale scene. She's got her "fire"
back.
Source: I talked to someone, independent of drloyd (i believe) who had
the
same or similiar scipt sides or similiar that were posted. But this person
told me the information before they were posted here.
Also, Giles doesn't teleport himself really. Realizing the urgrency of
the
situation, He goes to sometype of dark magician or shaman who sends him
across the ocean magically.

tidbits from the finale...
Dawn will decapitate a demon
When Willow telepathically communicates with Buffy, one of the things
she says to her is "I brought you from this earth and now it wants
you back."

I am a huge Amber Benson fan (shes my dream girl lol) so i obviously
had to ask the big question! Will she be back for season 7? I cant remember
his exact words (lots of drinking going on) but basically he led on that
she will be back but maybe not as we know her now. Ill be happy with any
Amber so this didnt bother me.

Anyway, Verity and I attended an Australian Buffy Convention (it wasn't
all about Buffy - there was Robert (can't remember his last name) from
Earth Final Conflict and Gigi Edgely from Farscape as well) and met Nicholas
Brendon today. Nicholas was really funny, extremely nice, and a pleasure
to meet. Plus, he's not puffy at all in real life - he's actually normal
sized, bordering on fit (and he took his shirt off at one point, so we
know). He really looks much better in real life than he does on screen.
Anyway, during my photograph session (and I was lucky enough to have the
photographer run out of film when she got to me, so I got to talk to him
for about 2 minutes, which was longer than everyone else), I asked him
when/if Spike comes back from Africa and asked what was happening with
that. Nick told me that Spike will definitely be back, that he will be
there till the last episode, and that Spike has
had "an extension". I asked him what he meant by that, but he
wouldn't tell me. I didn't quite know what to make of it. My first thought
was contract extension, but he was already contracted through Season 7
anyway. Verity immediately thought hair extension, but I don't think that's
what he was talking about!
Anyway, later in the group presentation, he said that the Big Bad of Season
7 will be revealed fairly early, even as early as the end of the first
episode (he actually misinterpreted a woman's question - she was asking
about this season, but it was nice to get spoilers anyway). He also said
it would be "very intense" and he thought it sounded great.
Anyway, that's about all the spoilage I got. But, it might interest you
to know that he prefers B/S over B/A and B/R. He said that Buffy/Angel
got tedious, melodramatic and soap-operay, that Riley was just the inbetween
guy, but that Spike was the most interesting character. Wouldn't that
kill the B/Xers - Nick Brendon is a B/S supporter!! He also assured someone
who asked if Spike would be killed off (!) that he would be there till
the end of the series. Other than that, he answered some fairly basic
questions, talked a bit about the musical and what it was like working
on Buffy etc. Didn't get as much spoilage as I liked, but I got a lovely
autographed picture, which made up for it!

Seeing Red
After creating a weapon that gives the trio super human powers Warren
goes after Buffy. During a grueling battle Buffy breaks the orb that gives
Warren his power. Warren escapes but Jonathan and Andrew are thrown in
jail. And a shocking turn of events puts the lives of two of the members
in danger.

On a personal note, please excuse the delay in posting this update. As
I enter the final trimester of pregnancy, I find I'm really really tired
a lot! I try not to post often when I'm tired, as I make mistakes--and
I've made a bunch lately. I've added in some Wanda stuff I missed in the
last update, and I'm just writing off some of the location info I think
I missed. My apologies.
We're starting to get a better picture of what's at stake in the finale:
a battle between a grieving, hurting, destructive Willow and her friends,
particularly Buffy and Xander. I've suspected for a long time that Season
6 would end as it began--with Buffy having to choose between life and
death. It seems the finale makes that most explicit by placing Buffy in
a grave/pit and having her fight her way out. The final scene involving
her and Dawn viewing the sunrise and walking away from the dark cemetery
(symbolizing death?) also seems a deliberate reversal of the beginning
of the season.
Another parallel is Willow's desire to destroy the world so that she doesn't
have to deal with the pain of losing Tara. In The Gift we learned that
Buffy was willing to allow the world to be destroyed so that she wouldn't
have to live without her sister (who would have to die to save the world).
Similarly, Willow cannot bear to live without Tara. Will suicide be an
option in Willow's case as it was in Buffy's? We have no evidence of this,
but it is something to consider.
I want to address some false spoilage out there. The Spoiler Slayer has
already done a wonderful job of debunking these spoilers at http://spoilerslayer.com/buffyblog.php.
I just want to remind readers that highly credible sources such as AngelX
and others have disputed these spoilers, and they should be considered
not credible. I won't post them here because I don't like to give credence
to spoilers I consider untrue, no matter how many people on the net take
them seriously.
Nicholas
Brendon's appearance in Australia offers us a new Season 7 tidbit to chew
on. He claims that Spike returns in Season 7 with an "extension."
His word choice is predictably puzzling. My feeling is that we are going
to be left this season knowing that Spike has sought out a change, but
not knowing precisely what change has been made to him.
