If you'd like up to 3 images for personal, non-public use (desktop
background, screensaver, etc.) just email
me with your request and include the title(s) of the image(s)
you'd like as well as the gallery (AtS/BtVS, LotR or OT) you saw
it/them. I'm happy to oblige.
Please don't request entire galleries. I don't send them. Don't
request permission to post my work elsewhere. I don't give it.
All images sent will be 800 x 600 unless you specify otherwise
in your request since that currently remains the most popular
size. Most are also available in 1024 x 768 but you need to let
me know. If you're running an uncommon resolution, let me know
and I'll see what I can do with the image to get the best fit
for you.
Display versions of images on the site contain a visible URL watermark
which is not present on images sent in response to requests.

TERMS OF USE
Your requesting images from my galleries signifies that you
have read, and agree to comply with, the Terms of Use stated herein.
Images from the galleries are to be used only for personal/non-public
use. They are not to be posted online (including, but not
limited to, websites, message boards and/or mailing lists) or
redistributed via any means, electronic or otherwise, online or
off. You may not claim my work as your own. The images are not
to be altered in any way, nor are any parts of them to
be used to create other work.
The fan art creations are mine. I retain the right to decide
what is acceptable and what is not regarding how they are used.
All of my work is digitally watermarked and registered with Digimarc
for online identification (this includes the thumbnail representations
in the galleries as well). This mark is not visible but can be
read by any graphics program and cannot be removed, altered, or
marked over and yes, it's picked up by screen captures as well.
The Digimarc service uses a spider to crawl the web and find images
with registered digital watermarks. It returns a report to me
once a day and if any images with my registered ID were found
online, it returns the URL's of the pages on which it found them.

The vast majority of people respect my work and abide by the
terms. That's very much appreciated. Unfortunately, as other fan
artists can attest, the actions of a few have made these measures
necessary.
Before requesting images, please check
to see that:
You have the correct email address listed for me to 'reply'
to. I've had several instances where I get bounce backs
because people changed their email address but neglected
to change their settings in their email program to reflect
it.
You have enough free space in your inbox to accept the
images you've requested. The files are large, you must have
adequate free space to receive them. I will not resend images
that are returned to me due to a full inbox. If you have
read these terms before requesting, as directed to do, then
you should have cleared the space. If you didn't, not my
problem.
You are requesting no more than 3 images at a time. That
does not mean sending 10 emails requesting 3 per
email. When that happens, I fill the first and delete the
others. I receive so many requests for images per week now
that I've found that limiting each request to 3 allows me
to respond in as timely a manner as possible to everyone.
That doesn't mean you can't request 3 more at a later date,
that's what most people do.
You read the Terms of Use fully and verify in your email
request that you have done so and agree to abide by these
terms.
