Missing Link: Revenge is ALWAYS sweet. Right?

Lindsey frowned at him. “Angel, this isn’t funny. No, you can’t torture him Elle. If you do, Wolfram and Hart won’t just kill you for it, but me and Angel and everyone you care about. Now, we need a plan. A proper plan!” He added when he saw Elle open her mouth, most likely to make a sarcastic comment.
“Sheesh. Grumpy wants to spoil all my fun.” She grumbled, she was still sore about not being able to kill and torture Gavin for what he had done to her.
Lindsey’s sighed, this was going to take every ounce of skill he had acquired as a lawyer at Wolfram and Hart.
Then it came to him. And he grinned. Evilly.
Elle looked excited. Angel, to Lindsey’s surprise, looked almost as excited as Elle. “Here’s what we do.” And he proceeded to tell them exactly what he thought they should do.
When he had finished both Elle and Angel were cacking themselves laughing.
“oh boy! I’m surprised that ‘I’ didn’t think of that!” she cried, laughing so hard she was crying.
So was Angel.

Finally, they controlled their laughter.
“Well, at least Gavin will get exactly what he deserves. In a bigger dose!” Angel smirked, pulling Elle and Lindsey close to him as they lay on his queen-sized bed.
“Can we start tomorrow?” Elle asked, yawning.
“Naw, lets wait a few days, get everything perfect. Gavin would appreciate it.” Lindsey joked, before he too, yawned loudly.
Angel kissed their heads. “Get some sleep you two. We have a big job ahead of us tomorrow.” He said.
Waiting until both were asleep, Angel finally gave in to the sleep that had been calling to him for the past week or o. Ever since he had turned Elle away the first time.

“So you think it’ll work? I mean, he does think I’m dead.” Elle said after they had calmed down.
“Yep. Old Gavin’s always been one to manipulate easily. Especially when he doesn’t know it.” Lindsey grinned.
